I ordered over the app for pick up using ChipotleLane and said it would be ready at 7:50. I got there at 7:53. The store wasn’t busy and my food wasn’t given to me til 7:56. Food was great tho ?
Come to buy here for the 3rd time and the flavor are too salty. I feel like I’m eating salt only disappointed. I even throw half of my burrito cause my stomach started hurting cause of the high level of salt in the food. What a wasted of food and money.

In years as a chipotle customer, it is the first time that I have had a bad experience, In this location they didn't want to take my order and told me to do it on line which caused that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes, and the worst thing is that I wanted to give my face-to-face feedeback to the manager (Maria) to avoid this type of problems in the future, and instead of de-escalate she started giving me a very bad attitude which made my frustration even worse, I love chipotle but I hope I don't have to go back to this particular branch, terrible customer service
Service was ok, but I was disapointed to ask for a veggies bowl, and not have guacamole because it was done, and this happened around 7'30pm. I think it was too early to run out something like guacamole before even 8pm.

Never a bad meal and the people were friendly. However as in most DC area fast food places the people behind the counter speak English as a second language. So slight language barrier yet they were very pleasant.
