They always missing something some days don't have steak some days dont have carnitas
At the 5501 Baltimore Ave Ste 101, Hyattsville, MD 20781 location the staff just let people come in there restaurant with no masks. I notified one of the staff members and asked. Don't the mask requirements apply to everyone ? You have the signs on the doors masks required. The staff members responded they don't know. Then another group of people came in and had masks and they just decided to take there masks off. THE SIGN CLEARLY SAID THAT MASK ARE REQUIRED .I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE AGAIN. I DON'T WANT TOO GIVE THEM ONE STAR. BUT IN ORDER TO POST THIS I HAVE TOO.
Some of the workers here are full of attitude and a huge piece of lettuce with dirt was in my meal . This branch is really dropping its Standards in the last few months.

This is the second time I come to this chipotle at 8 or 840 and they don’t have chips guacamole or rice. If you close at 10 these items can be made.
Food was good. The cashier was rude. I get that you’re pregnant and moody but it’s no excuse to be petty and rude to the customers. Especially ones who did nothing to pull that negative energy.
Best one that's close to my mother's house. Parking in the back two ways to get back on the road.
I order with DoorDash form this Chipotle and I ordered rice which I didn’t receive and it’s just vegetables which I like but , I needed my rice .
I ordered a Salad bowl and chips & Dip via Uber Eats. The chips were not fresh and practically stale. My food came with a Reynolds Aluminum Wrap Foil cover, not the kind that usually comes with Chipotle food, like someone made it at Hm. The portions were small and a lot less than usual, it was like half the bowl. I would never order from here again and was very disappointed in my meal. Wish could give zero stars.
Food was awful, didn’t taste fresh. Don’t try the brisket it is dry and sweet. They gave a good amount of rice but the Guac tasted like it came out of a bag
