Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Trash and food was everywhere, there was no ice in the ice machine, the employees were rude and cold, and my food was cold, too. I was disappointed :(
Food very good!!! But service so bad ,,I have bad experience from starting to the and the line ,,,service,, They don't want to lessen,, I ask for white rice because my son don't eat greens and they should have but is not the problem is not you don't have the problem is how you respond to the guest ,,I have 3 chicken bowls c c c that means is the same but is not the same , Chips and guacamole and I have to ask for my chips because the cashier forgot,,, You can forgot something but you can see when someone don't want to do the job,,,
Restaurant is always busy, pretty good food. But it's usually pretty messy in the dining space. I would never eat in there.
Food wasn't as fresh as Iv'eexperienced before, arrived just after 11AM. Servers were a little stingy with the portions considering the price increase.
This is the worst restaurant ever! I have ordered thru doordash and also walked in. The customer service is the worst and the food is even more worse. I’ll never go this place!
This is the worst Chipotle food I have ever had. The portions were smaller than ever, the rice feels old, the tomatoes are vinegary and rubbery, the chicken is overly soft and chewy and not in a good way, and everything is soupy. None of us like our meals.I can only hope we don’t get sick.I will reduce to 1 star if we do, as well as report to health agency.This is sad.
Everyone knows I’m a Chipotle lover. I post all the times and have for years. With that being said, I always order a salad and usually get 3 salad dressings. One of my daughters use to work at Chipotle also and told me you can ask for how many salad dressings you want and no problem. Well this is the ONLY one I’ve ever been too that said anything over 2 you have to pay for the dressing ? I’ve never heard of such thing. I won’t come to this one again. As many people who get salads and one or no dressing and being as though they make the dressing themselves why do you want to nickel and dime people. I won’t ever come to this one again. I suggest you don’t either if you want a salad. All my Chipotle lovers are gonna here about this in the group ?

This restaurant needs to be shut down!!!! Today, I order a burrito and I asked them to put chicken on it and barely got any literally it was more rice!!! You guys need to do you job right!! Also, the tables and chairs needs to be clean!!! How can this restaurant can pass inspection!!!
This place is so dirty i hope they close down. Everything is nasty. The dining area is dirty, where your meal is prepared is a MESS. service is so slow i never see enough employees, they always run out of food. This place is obviously horribly managed . I will be calling corporate soon.
