This was my second time eating here (because I forgot I had it before. it was a while ago & a different location) none the less this is the 2nd time and I was incredibly ill. We noticed the food had an odor when we opened. I ordered japache noodles and asked for it to be spicy & it was not at all (thankfully) my family had wings & strips, it was not warm at all the strips were hard and tough. About an hour after eating I got sick and had bad diarrhea and vomiting from 11pm lastnight all day today and feel awful. Please do not eat here it is not good and I believe that something was either rotten or spoiled to have me so illI hate to have to leave a review like this because I’ve visited Asian cultures and their food is an absolute delight but this is not it and the fact that they haven’t fully reopened and other businesses in that area is is very worrying. Please don’t take the risk
Love their wings and the service was good. The gentleman who look my order was very patient with me since I took longer to decide what I want to go. I end up getting soy garlic wings, and the wing was juicy and warm. Definitely will stop by again when I'm in the area.
I ordered the Bull Dak. That was the absolute worse sauce I’ve ever had in my entire life! Their seasoned fried zucchini & fried wings are good.
One star simply because no stars for a review is not an option. Food is tasteless and you can tell it's microwaved for order. Barely warm, more like room temp. Potstickers barely have any sauce and are soft as if microwaved from frozen, not pan-fried for order. When asked for dipping sauce we were told the company doesn't allow it. Definitely save your money and eat somewhere else.
When people pay four dollars for kimchi coleslaw, please fill the container. I received two tablespoons of coleslaw in an order. Stop short changing your customers or I will never order from you again, and I order from you frequently. Being in a pandemic and restaurants being impacted heavily, you would think restaurants would go above and beyond to keep customers, NOT so. It's like Bonchon takes their customers for granted by not fully giving their customers what they pay for.
This is by far the worst Bonchon location I have ordered from. My first experience was horrible but I decided not to do anything as I convinced myself they probably had an off day. Yesterday I decided to place an order for pickup. Just like the last time, most of the pieces were stale or way to crunchy without the inside juicyliness we are accustomed to. Almost like my chicken wasnt made fresh to go. I ordered a combo half soy garlic and half spicy. Some of the pieces were neither. This is the only location ive had an issue with. It sucks because they are the closest location to me for pickup and the only location for delivery within where I live.
Soy garlic chicken is always the best at bonchon. No complaint about that. Seasoned fries are also excellent. I also got my favorite chicken katsu that I usually order from another location but they gave me a massive portion size and it was honestly wonderful. I was a little sad that they didn’t use the more stickier korean rice that I usually receive with the meal. Overall very good and big thumbs up.
The location is kind of awkward but parking was free in the garage. I ordered 10 soy garlic wings & season fries. The fries ate over priced at 8$ for 1 size. The chicken is pretty pricey as well but sssooo worth it, it was in my top 5 of best fried chicken hands down
So delicious! The family meal provides a lot of food and is a great deal. We placed our order on the bonchon website, which seems to be cheaper and have less fees than other food services like Uber eats. We scheduled pickup and it was ready when we got there! Thanks so much!
These are the best wings I’ve ever had crispy outside juicy inside. They’ve got decent milk tea too.
