This place is only good when you are able to walk in and get your food because you can have them fix your order (they get the order wrong more times than not) right then and there. I ordered delivery tonight for my family and requested only 3 flavors and they couldn't get that right. I wanted to try the new lemon garlic wings. I ordered regular lemon pepper and lemon pepper garlic and all of the wings were regular lemon pepper flavor. The wings were flavorless and had hardly any seasoning (could barely see seasoning in the bottom of the box). Money wasted.
Girl taking our order didn’t greet us upon walking in. Waited a hot minute to ask how she could help us.Placed our order could barely hear her when she told us our total.Went to get a soda out of the machine, the machine is sticky, dirty and just spits out the soda every which way.The bathroom had no paper towels, and the lights randomly just go out.Tables were dirty. Counters are dirty as well. Nothing stocked at the counter.The door closure broke when a customer was leaving.Probably would drive to another location for wings. This one has just gone down hill a lot in the past few months. What a shame.
The food was decent, not good but decent. Wait was about 20 min which is reasonable but this location is SO dirty. The soda fountain was so disgusting it sprayed all over, and the buttons were sticky. Both our drinks tasted old or dirty or something. The tray they served our food on was so sticky and gross I had to wash my hands before eating my food. The floor was sticky. The women's bathroom was atrocious and had both the toilet paper and roll of paper towels sitting on the floor uncovered. Gross overall.
I've been to this location a few times and my order is wrong every time. I gave them a few chances in case it was an off night the other times. My order is always missing multiple items like I never receive any ranches that come with the order or are added on for extra cost, I received fries that were frozen, soggy, and missing all the voodoo fries toppings I paid extra for even though I asked for extra crispy fries, and the wings weren't fully cooked despite asking for extra crispy. I will never go back to this location because I haven't had these problems with any other locations.
This place needs new employees. I use to be a regular but stop coming here now. Half the time the food is incorrect (missing wings) and half the time it is undercooked. To management: Hire and train your employees to get the orders correct and cooked well.
This Wingstop does not even deserve one star. I don’t know what happened to this location but they definitely need to get it back up to standard. The employees lack customer service. They roll their eyes at you for requesting what you paid for. The chicken is not being cooked right. Lemon pepper wings are suppose to be dry rub, but they come out wet and oily. I’m not sure if the chicken is bad or the oil. The chicken looks old and no good. I had this same issue here months ago and decided to give them another try. Fooled me twice so shame on me. If you want to be treated like your wrong for ordering chicken from there, or given chicken that will probably make you sick, this location is perfect for you. Otherwise run like hell!!! I’ll never order from this location again!
Food is good, it’s wingstop. But what is with the service at this location? I’ve honestly kept coming back because the wings are good, but I have to wait 45 minutes every time I order, and I order online in advance . Today there were only 2 workers and a lobby full of people.Rick Ross needs to come buy this location and turn it around. It’s almost not even worth going.
Been there several time. Only "issue" i have ever had one one tender on one occasion out of the many that came with order was like the size of a popcorn chicken. Other than that 0 issues
Pretty horrible service. Waited until 6:30 for a 4:45 online order pick up time until I had to just cancel. The workers lie and keep saying that the order is coming soon but I wouldn’t be surprised if they just threw the ticket away. They even make it hard to get a refund for food they didn’t even give you.
