This place is terrible please avoid. They are stealing your money by including tip to your order without your consent. Check your receipt The manager is rude to customers and allows negative behavior from his workers. Please avoid this place at all cost.
The staff was pleasant and efficient. Quick serve and food taste great!
I'm not one to write reviews but my recent experience at this establishment was uncalled for. I went into the store to order a wrap and a young lady at the counter rang up my order, reached over to my end of the machine and press a green button then I was asked to insert my card. When I received my receipt I noticed that she had included a tip on her own without my consent. When I asked her about it she said "oh no, there was no tip on it". I didn't understand what she meant as I stared at my receipt which clearly had a tip added to it. ( I would like to reiterate that my issue is not about giving a tip, it is the fact that it was taken without my consent and I was gaslighted when I asked about it.) This makes me wonder if this is done regularly without customers awareness.When I spoke to the manager about this issue, he was extremely short with me and before seeking to understand what I was saying he stated that I added the tip on my own and that his employee could not do it for me. As I stood infront of him in the store, he looked at his employee and said "you've done nothing wrong, it's her." Even after I told him she reach over to press a green button, he said to me "no, it was you."I'm confused.I asked for a refund, which I was issued and as I walked out of the store the manger stated that he doesn't want to "deal with a customer like me anyways."I don't appreciate being stolen from, gaslighted and disrespected.I don't appreciate an establishment that encourages it's employee to steal and lie rather than learn from what I would hope to believe was an error.Overall, This was an unpleasant experience. I will not be returning.
I haven’t been to a Tropical Smoothie in years, but recently returned to the area. I remember the Waugh Chapel location had really good plant based meat wraps. This location is closer, so I ordered a plant based wrap and it just wasn’t good. The texture of the meat was certainly different and the taste was bland. I also didn’t care for the kale salad. However, the store was clean and the manager was warm and pleasant.
They add sugar to all smoothies except for detox drinks. It is not advertised that most drinks have sugar added. Didn't like that. Otherwise, they are fast to serve you and they keep the place clean.
Usually, if the store is closed, the app will not let you order. This time, I placed and paid an order through the app, but when I got to the store it was closed. Who knows if I will get my money's back?
I've been extremely busy lately and have picked up from this location probably 30 times in the last month and a half... they know me by name and my order is ready for me when I get there... :)While I'm not wholly proud of the above, I am very happy that they've done their job and then some by making my meal fresh and consistently well every day. I really appreciate that. Good quality of product, timeliness, cleanliness, and customer service.I recommend this location based on my personal experiences here.
Smoothie tasted like it too much ice or water in it guy has to slow down and get it right.
I’ve ordered from this location a few times through doordash and have always left good reviews because the food and the smoothies were good. This time, however, i was almost done with the first piece of my quesadilla when i took a bite and literally pulled this out of my mouth. The LONGEST piece of hair made into the quesadilla. The manager refunded me for the food item but this was enough to turn me off from this location - definitely won’t be ordering from here for a while.
Service is extremely excellent. They always greet you and have a smile on their face.
