Cool atmosphere. It's a bit dark in places, but the deserts are good, if a bit pricey. Three slices of cheese cake ran us 32.00.For dinner, the portion sizes are astronomical. A recommended once a year/special occasion outing with a small group.
I always forget that this place has more to offer other than cheesecake..... I'm sorry. Great service and the food is delicious.
The Cheesecake Factory should be a safe bet when choosing a place to eat, but this location's service is terrible. The staff are indifferent at best. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
Great food, great atmosphere!We never get tired of coming to The Cheesecake Factory for date night, birthdays, or even a nice dinner with friends. We have never had bad service yet, the staff are friendly and patient. (I know the menu fairly well but still get stuck sometimes on choosing!) Their jambalaya has a great kick to it and their skinny menu is great too! From appetizer to dessert, this restaurant is a favorite! Make sure to ask for a take out box up front because you’ll want room for dessert! The cheesecake is so worth the calories! Even being side by side to the Casino and mall, the Cheesecake Factory holds its own!!
I bought Spaghetti and Meatballs to go from the Cheesecake Factory at Arundel Mills. Fortunately before taking a bite I cut up the meatballs and discovered that the meat was raw on the inside. I could have gotten food poison. I understand that mistakes happen, but what upsets me the most is how the manager reacted to my complaint. I was told that people order rare meat all the time and don't get sick because Cheesecake Factory uses quality meat. She overlooked that I did not ordered rare meatballs and never apologized to me. She did not feel that an apology was required. She said she would refund my money via coupon that would be sent to my email but I never received it.If you order the Spaghetti and Meatballs make sure that you cut the meatball in half to make sure that it is cooked all the way before taking a bite.
Hey yalll....This is my top pick places for lunch. Food is always on point. Great services and close to everywhere u want to be. For lunch I had the chicken parm sandwich, something different and very enjoyable, the bread was toasted to perfection.Later, I had the classic cheesecake with strawberries all while getting some reading done for school. Come alone or bring a friend.My meal and dessert= $28.00
We came to Cheesecake Factory for my husbands birthday dinner. We arrived and were seated at 6pm. We ordered our drinks, apps, and entrees at 6:10pm. Our appetizer was sent out in a timely manner but around 6:30/6:40pm the manager came to our table to let us know that there was a mistake made by a new server and they gave one of our entrees to another table. We waited an additional 30 minutes for them to finally bring out both our meals. We had tickets to see a movie at 7:20pm thinking that we would not be at the restaurant for longer than an hour or so as there was no wait when we were seated. We had to cancel our movie due to our food not arriving at our table until 7:15pm. There was a party of 6 seated next to us well after we arrived and were seated. They all received their meals and ate, and ordered dessert before our dinner had even come to our table. We are extremely disappointed in the service and the error made by the staff. We were not offered a discount or any percentage off or credit for the additional 30 minutes we had to wait for our food. I would NOT recommend this location as we have never had this bad of an experience at other locations in MD area.
Everything was great. Staff,food was top notch. Even though they were very busy tne wait time was short and the servive exellent.
If I could take the one star away I would! The worse service I've received in forever. My reservation was at 9:45. They took another woman ahead of me which was a red flag but I kept quiet. The restaurant closes at 11, we did not receive drinks until 10:59 on the dot! We didn't receive bread until 11:01. The staff keeps saying they'll get something or someone and never returns. I am never returning and I am so sad because this was my spot. I had just posted about it. It's after 11 and we're still waiting for appetizers. Ok so food came out at 11:29 my husbands plate came out at 11:33. After complaining to the manager we were then handed a $121 bill 2 hours after our reservation. I have never been so disappointed or disparities with the service anywhere. Here's the icing in the cake!!!! As we're complaining another customer walks up and says don't believe a thing he's telling you because they told me I won't be able to get any food. The manager leaves mid complaint and walks over to assist this man now. Never mind that he was speaking with us he just leaves. I expected so much better, so much better.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Cheesecake Factory for my daughter's birthday. Even though we weren't all able to sit together they still made an effort to accommodate our large party at the last minute. The food was delicious and the service was one of the highlights of the day. I hope to come back to this location again one day soon.
