I just had tgif delivered. I get food tends to be colder but the steak I ordered was medium rare... not well done. where's the hint of warm pink??
I called before we went to see if they were busy. We got there was seated right away. Our server came a few minutes later. Our food came before our appetizer. Our server never came back to check on us to make sure our meal was alright or if we needed anything else. We were all in need of drink refills. We notified he was at a table talking and laughing with customers. The manager walked pass our table I ask him for a refill. The server noticed an came our. I then went on to tell the manager how hard it was to get a hold of our server. He then said he must been of been busy. When we could see what the server was doing from our table. He was at the table 2 booths from us Joking and laughing. As a person that was once a server and have been in the restaurant industry for a while . I would say this not the place to eat if you really want good service.
We had not been to a TGI Friday's in several years and did not know what to expect. The place was very busy, as it always seems to be on a Saturday evening. This made our service time a little slow, but we were not in a rush. Our food was better than expected; I had the Southern fried chicken sandwich, and my wife had the Cobb salad with fried chicken. Joseph was our waiter and he was excellent - very patient, respectful, attentive, and apologetic for the delays in service.
We were unexpectedly disappointed.Our ribs were overcooked. The cheese sauce on the Mac n cheese was runny and unflavoured. I will say the mozzarella sticks were the best part of the meal.We traveled from near the airport so didn't return. We called the store to complain and was on hold for over 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and very nice. The food, not so much. $70.00 wasted. ☹️
To-Go OrderThis is the second time I’ve order to-go this year and had an issue with my order. The first time, I was compensated for the mistake which I appreciated. However, if we have to continue to report mistakes it defeats the purpose of spending our money at this location.For a damn near $20 salad, I should’ve received a bigger piece of salmon! Might I add that my salad was made incorrectly when I arrived so this is actually the second salad?
Drew was our waiter, he was phenomenal!!! Dana (I think I spelled her name right) helped and was amazing! The food was great. We will definitely figure out a way to go back here just for the service.
Ate at restaurants on March 10th at 5:00 or 6:00 in the evening. How waitress was in training her name was Elena, it wasn't really crowded. We ordered a combo sampler, fried green beans, a whiskey Burger, chicken and shrimp pasta, chicken parmesan pasta. I also had a Barbados rum punch, asked to have our barbecue chicken nuggets on combo re-cooked because they were hard. Waitress did not mind requesting that, restaurant started to get crowded families with lots of children. The whole experience was medium the food was okay the service was excellent as far as the waitress in training and the waiter that was training her. I don't know if I would suggest this as a place to go eat cuz there are a lot of restaurants around but if you're just looking to grab something to go no eat and go this is okay to go to maybe not in the evening.
Unfortunately less then pleased. Ordered to go. Purchased a side salad and received barely any salad. Ordered a side of fries and received double the amount of salad that had no seasoning and was soaked in oil. Unfortunately they were not edible. Ordered kids sliders with a side of broccoli and the broccoli was straight mush and Bland. Lately this restaurant has been going down with quality. Used to be decent where I looked forward to eating it. Tonight was a very big let down.
Food was on par for a TGIF in a good way and service was fast and pleasant. The waitress was attentive despite what appeared to be a very busy night and with some staff in training. The host staff were also very nice with the kids when they went to get more paper and crayons to play games with.
Very good food and different enough to Stand Out. The staff have been great both visits. I like the TVs as they help keep the conversations going. Fun.
