After not receiving the dessert option (understandable, I understand that supply and stock issues occur, and product can run out late into the day, and I would've forgiven that), I arrive home and find that despite it being marked on the order itself, that the main order items were wrong. Ordered were two steak quesaritos, but received appears to be two beef burritos, so incorrect all around with exception to the drink.Either way, I'm exceptionally displeased this time around. Especially since normally what I order from this location is what I receive.
The young African American girl at the window is always scowling with an attitude and she throws my food in the bag making a mess. I'm always polite and try to park close to the window for there convenience but its always the same nasty attitude. The other workers give me no problems. If she hates her job so much she needs a different position maybe in the back away from customers.
I went in to go to the bathroom and the door didn't lock, bathroom was gross, the toilet was not flushed, the soap dispenser was completely open and looked broken, the sanitizer automatic hand dispenser was broken. So to me I don't understand how they are washing and sanitizing while cooking and dealing with food, I lost what appetite I had. It grossed me out. I called to let them know and the person that answered, hung up on me after I said they were out of soap. So I'm leaving this review for others to be aware of what I saw tonight.
I order 2 Grilled cheese burritos, treat the employees with utmost respect and thank them, I arrived at the window and pay for my meal with a gift card and some change to cover what’s not on the gift card. The logical decision would be to use the remaining amount of what’s on the gift card and then give back what’s left after tendering the change right? No, they used all the change and gave me back a gift card with 20 cents on it. After receiving my gift card back and receiving my food, I checked my burritos and to my surprise I received 2 beefy melt burritos. Beefy melt burritos are $2 and the grilled cheese burritos are almost $4 so I told the employees nicely that they gave me the wrong burritos. They take them back and bring me a bag 2 minutes later, guess what? They took the same 2 beefy melt burritos and toasted some cheese on the top of them. So I give up and drive down the road and realize I asked for hot sauce, which they put in the bag the first time but took out when they gave the bag back. I even asked if there was hot sauce in the bag when I received it and the employee said yes. So if you’re looking to get lied to, disrespected and scammed look no further! This Taco Bell is just for you! They’re taking laziness to the next level, and this isn’t the first time this Taco Bell has disappointed me; every time I come here the employees are disrespectful and can’t get orders correct. If you want Taco Bell I highly recommend you travel to an alternate location because this one is pathetic.
The food is fine and the staff are friendly, but they don't seem to take COVID or food safety protocols very seriously. I often see masks hanging around necks, or with on the chin, and long hair without binding or nets.
I go to lunch at 11:30 everyday so I can get food hot and not wait, when I get back to work to open my food, this was there. They told me I could return for a refund, which I hope they are gonna refund the whole amount. And they stated that they wear hair nets. (Lying).
This is my favorite Taco Bell location, been ordering from here the past few years and the staff are always friendly. I've never had my order wrong, the online ordering and drive thru move fast. Overall this place is great, don't let the negative reviews deter ya!
Very tasty soft chicken tacos and my wife enjoyed the chicken burrito.
Just stopped in here. Service was fast, but that was the only good thing about my experience. They forgot an item, put tomatoes on two items that don't have tomatoes and every item was dry like it was made last night. I will add I was the only one in the drive thru, so it wasn't even lunch rush. Bad experience, choose a different Taco Bell.
I go to this Taco Bell every day except weekends. Fast service, Never any wrong order and food is prepared nicely with sufficient amounts. The Manager and all the crew are doing fantastic job.Cashiers remember me by my last name now. The location is busy in the afternoon, but still very good customer service.
