The service here is great however the confusion in the parking lot is the absolute worst!! Your much better off parking your car and going inside for faster service vs using the drive-thru….
Friendly customer service and extremely clean seating areas! Ordered the mocha cookie Frappuccino and it was delicious :) will definitely return.
At least 7 people working and all socializing (excessively), long lines and still drinks come out incorrect. I used to work at a Starbucks, I appreciate the laid back environment but this is just poor customer service. I've seen other Starbucks locally close, I can't imagine how this one is still one they choose to keep open. A trip here wasn't worth the price a month ago, and definitely isn't worth it now that they've upped the price.
This is a pretty good Starbucks. It’s for sure always clean and most of the employees are always in a good mood and nice. Starbucks in general just on my nerves with the way they up-charge for everything under the sun. I’m surprised they don’t charge you like $0.50 for placing a order. Anyway the biggest downfall is that they get super busy and be forgetting orders. I’ve placed a mobile order and come after the pickup time to my order not being ready more than once. There’s a guy who is usually on the register and he does a great job!
Sometimes running out of ingredients: For example - No cream for cold cream drinks. Sometimes closed when should be open.

In all honesty, it all depends on what person is making your drink. Typically the really good drink maker. Work Monday through Friday. The backups or substitutes typically screw the drinks up and have to remake them often. Unfortunately those folks typically work on the weekends. This is not a bashing session. I'm simply a person given a honest review after drinking coffee for over 20 years.
I ordered the mocha cookie crumble at the drive through!!! It tastes so good!!! I tried so many of the Starbucks mocha cookie crumbles , by far , this is the best one !!! Whoever made the drink !! You got skills !!! Thank you for the wonderful drink this evening. I hope all of your guys will have a happy holiday.
