Worst experience ever at a Starbucks. The employees should learn the menu before telling the customers who comes everyday and that the item isn’t on the menu. Also, after I paid for my order they let me know they didn’t have the sandwich but I could switch it out. No thank you
Ordererd vanilla cupacino charged me for frappaccino. Then wanted to give me empty cup of cuppacino with foam only ended up giving me cuppacino with no vanilla. Is it some kind of a joke? That is fraudulent!!!!
Are you out of emperors cloud and mist since one month? I come everyday and you say, we don’t have it.
Very strange experience! Guess there is a 1st time for everything. Stopped here on a road trip and the employee at the register was very unfriendly. She looks like you were bothering her and hated being at her job. Couldn’t really read the name tag only saw it said MST. The barista was even asking her questions because he looked new and she was just looking at him rolling her eyes.
My coworker and I have made this our end of week breakfast spot after we get off our night job. The service, the food, and the beverage are always fantastic!

Drive thru! Thanks to the guy at the window today at noon, who was very friendly and helped me get my points and reload my card using the app. My coffee was just the way I wanted.
