The voodoo chips! A-maz-ing. As a BLT lover, I usually have to ask most sandwich shops to add avocado but potbelly has a BLT-A sandwich which includes it! And they are not cheap with the avocado. I saw the nice worker peel an avocado open and place the whole thing in my sandwich. You can get a sandwich without the bread filling which I think is a cool option also. Love this place, I will be visiting more often when I see these around. Great selection of sweets also. Did I mention the voodoo chips? I strongly recommend them for anyone who loves a salty and crunchy side or snack. The flavor is amazing and they have a spicy option also if it tickles your fancy.
Always a good place for a good sandwich. Avo turkey is so good.Service is exceptionally good.
This is our favorite sandwich shop. The food is always delicious. Service was somewhat slow, though.
Potbelly sandwiches are consistently good. Tasty ingredients on fresh rolls. I get the Mediterranean without chicken although I'm not a vegetarian. (Sometimes I like to go meatless.)
I went here to grab a bite to eat before hitting Bass Pro Shops. The facility was just like every other Pot Belly in it's layout. It was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and efficient. They certainly had the process down to make my lunch. Customer service was great and the sandwich (Roast Beef) tasted great. Pot Belly is consistent no matter where I go and it is a decent meal at a fair price.
They are a little pricey but the sandwiches are decent. They do have a great potato soup.
Ordered multiple sandwiches and each of them only had one layer of meat. One of the worst sandwiches I’ve had.

Had my first BLTA today and it was a BIG disappointment. Ordered online and my order wasn't ready for pickup. After an inquiry about when it'd be ready, it was determined my online order wasn't received or had been misplaced. After showing the worker my emailed receipt, she took my phone(didn't even ask) and off she went to ask about it. Finally it was determined my sandwich had NOT been made and I was told they'd make it right then. I wasn't offered anything extra for the inconvenience of the extended wait and then the sandwich was made poorly. Did you see my BLTA had two pieces of bacon? WTH!!! ?They need to take a page out of Jersey Mike's book on how to make a BLT. ? I was so hungry I ate half the sandwich, which was tasty except for the missing taste of bacon, but couldn't eat the other half out of sheer disgust of the missing bacon ?.I would visit again but wouldn't dare get a BLTA nor leave the store before ensuring my sandwich was properly made.
