I just paid $16 for a combo, and they give me this sorry looking Chicken, I went and talk to the guy and he said that there is one thing he can do, I don't think he even care!! Please don't eat here!!

Just got a mouthful of hair after biting into my Cajun fries. I took it up to the counter but was just ignored. Total loss of appetite. Originally ordered on app, waited at counter for it to be ready, and then when they called my number they didn't have the drink ready and gestured to the guy at the drink dispenser.
My biscuit was so burnt my dog won't even eat it ??♂️... But I do commend the servers because they are literally putting their life on the line to serve the public so I think y'all for that... The number of people walking around this food court in the mall with no mask on really helps me understand why people are getting more sick from covid ?
Had the pleasure of pulling a hair off our girl's kids meal. She didn't get to enjoy her lunch because of that. Our food was bland and old. They forgot part of the meal and we had to go back in for it.
GIVE MY MAN LOGAN A RAISE! I'm not a huge fan of Popeyes but the food here was fresh and the customer service.... my man Logan made me feel like I was at Chik Fil A. His supervisor on duty this evening was cool too!

Ordered online today, and for some reason they have no area for you to check off you need any extra sauces or sauces in general, I called 4 times to have someone answer the phone the 2nd time and just hang up after answering. If your busy say so, don’t just hang up on a customer. Then my order gets delayed and I can’t cancel it, Never will order from this location again! Arundel mills Popeyes.
