Came to olive garden today to have a nice dinner. Sat at the bar.The bartender was nice and great. When they served us our salad we noticed as we were eating it that there was a caterpillar mixed in on my husband plate. The manager came to apologize while showing the BAG the salad came out of. The apology was not sincire. Never coming back to this location again.
Would have been nice if we wasn't rushed. Also food was not that great neither was my sangria very watered down. Waitress was rude. Also was told over the phone there was no wait. When we got there had to wait 25 mins. And it only took us 5 minutes to get there from the time we called. Will not be returning I will much rather go back to the Columbia location.
We went on a Sunday evening so there were not much of a wait. Which was great. Our waitress was great. She was very polite,answered questions and professional. I apologize I have forgotten her name.
We went here for dinner. We had Salad, Breadsticks, Shrimp Scampi, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Warm Italian Doughnuts and Black Tie Mousse Cake. All were delicious and the service was great. My only complaint would be that I had to brush lots of crumbs off my seat at our booth before I could sit. The table was clean and the other seat was clean.
Bit loud, people at bar noisy. They actually charge for Ranch dressing. Bathrooms are disgusting. The lights were flickering, and I have epilepsy. Flickering lights cause seizures.The food we ate was very good. The service was very good. Otherwise ugh...
I'm usually impressed with this Olive Garden, tho we usually go when they are not too busy.Love that they bring a table salad and breadsticks (pic) right after drinks. We always get the dressing on the side. We told the waiter we were on a schedule and he delivered prompt service.Their Zuppa Toscana (pic) is white with sausage and kale. It was okay, a bit thin. Preferred their Chicken Gnocchi (pic).Chicken Parmigiana (pic) was amazing smothered in cheese. Like not just for OG, was really delicious.Their Shrimp Scampi tossed with asparagus (pic) was actually really good. Asparagus cooked just right, quite tasty.Vegetarian wife loves their Baked Ziti (pic). It's in a four cheese sauce and they sprinkle on fresh oregano after it's baked.
My Husband and I haven't been here in a while and when we went it was really nice. Ryan was our server and he was very prompt and friendly. He took real good care of us. Looking forward to going back.
Donna our server was excellent and the General manager walking around talking to tables was great. The food was excellent, all Olive Gardens don't taste the same, I have one that is ten minutes from my house, I drove 30 minutes to this one.
The servers are very nice, The manager I’m assuming, Practically kicked us out by rushing us and cleaning over us while we tried to celebrate my nephews birthday. How rude!!!!! Very unpleasant experience!
Sat at the bar and waited for ten mins before I decided to get up and go. Wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged while bartender took care of the gentlemanly either side of me. as i was leaving i noticed the hostess that they may need someoen to assist the bartender who was running around doing everything by herself while I saw a group of serves by the service station just on their phone sand hanging out. I was rudely brushed off by an employee who i was told was named John. I asked to soesk to a manger and was approached by Philip who was very inderstandign and apologetic and for that I am going to give them a 3 star and hopefully I will come back another time and they can “wow” me. As someone who worked for this company for four years this service left more to be desired.
