So I gotta start out with for the price I definitely thought we would get real onion rings and from the picture I was thinking a huge portion size sandwich ? I added pastrami to my Ruben and it was almost no bigger than the regular size sandwich oh well potatoe salad was also not good I thought it would be fresh as well well we gave it a try will not be back for the price alone
The food is very good and a bit pricey, but the service is extremely slow.
The customer service absolutely sucks. You can literally be standing in line waiting for someone to take your order for at least 10 minutes. Even if they are short staffed, you should still greet the customer after they have waited so long just to place their order. Their hot dog and crab soup is great. This is the only reason why I will continue to go here after I finish playing on the slots.

The Shrimp Salad Sub is amazing. You definitely get what you paid for. Tons of shrimp just jumping out at you.
Portions have gotten smaller. Once a go to deli for me. Fell off somewhat.
my chicken salad sammich was ok. It was a bit dry but whatever. They were out of mac n cheese on a saturday night. Prep more. Cheesecake was ok. A bit over priced for what was actually available.
Lines are always ling, and service is slow. But, the attitude of the staff have improved in recent months. Ordering from this place will test your patience.
Food was great but Ms. Shermine needs a attitude adjustment. She is unpleasant and maybe shouldn't havea job in Customer service. I don't think I would spend my money here again. Please hire better staff. Life is too short to deal with someones attitude, especially when you're paying their salary.
