Idk why anyone chooses to purposely eat any food from here, considering how the food is so packed full of preservatives and god knows what other kinds of chemicals that if you were to leave a cheeseburger happy meal with fries sitting out somewhere, forgot about it for 30+ years, and then came back go it, it'll look the same way it did the day you left it. So gross not even the insects want any parts of McDonald's "food". ? ? (I only went here to get a Sprite, and even that's a rare thing for me to do!)
If I could put no stars, I would. The drive-through employee was very rude and acted as if I did something to her because my order was wrong. She even made the statement that I was holding her line up and making it longer!! I got out and went in to talk to the manager about the situation, and he was just as nonchalant as she was...... Never again, and I used to work at this one back in the day. When I worked in these arenas I treated people and there food as if it was mine or my family's.....I just hope people who work in these type of places would stop acting like we made them work there and just do there job!
This is the best Mcdonalds I've been to in terms of freshness and consistency, somebody is doing a good job in there better give them a raise.
It's alright. I wish they'd stop messing up our order. We've gone to the McDonald's... I've lost count, but 8 out of ten times our order gets messed up. It's hard to understand some of the employees due to language and accent differences. I wish more English speaking/accented people worked here.
Great customer service. This is one of the best quality of service Mikey D's around the area. The food is quick, hot, and ready to serve.

This has to be the worst mcdonalds ever. They need a new management. This is the third time in a row I've stopped at this location for them to tell me that they are temporarily closed for 45 min. This is so frustrating. Would y'all please look into the way this store is operating? Is there a district manager for McDonald's in the anne Arundel county? If so, do your job. Please and thank you!
Literally the worst experience ever. Ordered an iced coffee at home before I went to work. Placed the order to this exact address and location, had an order number and everything but they somehow could not find it. On top of that I used a coupon deal for 99 cent iced coffee and they still charged me 2.75. All the cashier / "manager" could say was "no" 7 times when I told her order number and showed bank statement I was charged. Get it together you incompetent workers!

Decent place for a quick grab. Has pretty good offers on the app. Desserts and beverages are decent for a quick grab. It's open 24 hours in most locations so if you're really really hungry you can go for it.
