Greeted with smiles when we walked in and we were put in the list for a 15 minute wait. Shortly thereafter, we were seated at one of Rose's tables. She was cheerful and attentive giving us a much needed boost.My wife was happy with the Wild West Shrimp, although she did pick off the peppers. I noted the peppers had a good zing to them. The complementary bread had a nice crust and was light and airy inside, the butter was soft and slightly warm making it easy to spread. She also ordered the Chop Steak and was happy with that as well.I ordered the Cowboy Pork Chops. The chops were the typical thin cut, I much prefer a thicker cut of 1/2" or more. Thicker chops are easier to grill and more forgiving. The chops served were overdone and chewy. The spice which appears to have been on both the chops and the shrimp was overly salty. Salt is meant to enhance the flavors of the food and not over power them. You should never be able to taste salt.While I don't know for certain, I suspect the spice blend is provided to the local restaurant premixed.
My very first ever visiting this restaurant. Not a big beef or pork eating person. Only Chicken in my salads. They have a nice grilled chicken salad filled with various fruits and nuts. Would love to see spinach leaves instead of iceberg lettuce or a combination. It was delicious. I want to point out that the staff was EXCELLENT and we were a party of 13. We were served in a timely fashion. PLUS our server made sure all of our needs were met even on the refills w/o asking. I LOVED THE FACT THAT SO MANY YOUNG BLACK FOLKS WERE WORKING HERE. KUDOS.
We did not have a reservation so we had to wait for more than an hour. It was super busy. Food was good, more like Texas roadhouse but okayish.
Dawn was our server who was super sweet and made our experience fun, definitely ask for her if you’re in the dining room. Our steaks were over cooked however, Ian the manager , was on top of everything. I am well aware of the staff shortages and issues surrounding the hospitality industry, but you wouldn’t know with the service we received. I will definitely be back.
Went here for a early dinner with my family. Haven’t been to a LHS in a long time an was praying I didn’t regret it. The restaurant was almost full house as we were leaving and pretty busy while we were there. Our waiter was very nice friendly and professional. Our food was very fresh and everything tasted good. I didn’t take pics of the appetizers, other plates or drinks but again food was good! My only complaint is that our waiter didn’t check on us much and we had to flag him down several times. Other waiters nearby were very helpful and didn’t mind helping. Not a deal breaker an I would definitely return again.
Went for lunch. No wait time. Service was excellent. Food wss excellent. Restaurant was very clean. Wait staff was great.

Great food and service. Our server was John and he was the best. We were being forgetful and sent him for a couple items that we could have ordered with other items, only if we weren’t dealing with hotel issues. John smiled the whole time and recognized we were having a difficult time aside from dinner. Steaks were great. Thanks to Longhorn, the staff, and especially John.
I used to frequent this Longhorn until they overcooked my steak two times in a row. I ordered medium rare and it came medium well. I am sad because they used to cook good steak. I am sad because they used to have awesome steak. The bread that comes out as an appetizer could be improved significantly. I find it tasteless and not worth the calories.
Great bar staff. Could use a few more up to date options in the way of flavored vodka. Also some inventory to make some of the more popular shots. Charlie did however creatively make us a strawberry crush which was perfect.Steaks are on point. Sides also. Dawn was our waitress and she really went out of her way to make a birthday special.
