I’m not sure what happened to the folks that gave poor reviews, but our experience was great!!! We were seated promptly, our waitress Annie was attentive and very pleasant. The food was hot and delicious! If we come back to Live! again we will definitely be back!!
I went to David's for breakfast twice this past weekend. The decor and ambiance is great and welcoming. The host was also very welcoming. The issue I have was the wait staff and food. The waitress on Friday got my omelet order wrong and gave me sausage instead of cheese which I requested. On Saturday it took about 15 minutes before I was acknowledge by the waitress. My fiancee opted for the recommended Hong Kong French Toast. She was highly disappointed in the dish. The French Toast was a deep fried disaster which was oozing oil. Maybe I went on the wrong days for great service. Regardless, I definitely would not recommend the Hong Kong French Toast unless you crave clogged arteries.
It was very very bad I ever could imagine, most times I like to order food to go my room , but today I see in the restaurant only 8 people to waiting ,so I thought only few people then I can set for my breakfast , what a mistake I waiting over 45 minutes, still no food ,even the waitress and waiters feel embarrassed tell me 3 time they will checkout what going on ,when I got my food just eat less than half portion the manager tell me to pay the food and leave,I do asked are you going to let me finish my food she said no,I said wonderful,she called security man to watch me out ,After the security man see I do have chairman card ,he called operations manager ,I said I paid food ,she don’t want me finishing my food ,the restaurant manger said I only waiting 15 minutes,I said that easily can find out what time my food been ordered,and what time she called security man to send me out ,very simple she said pay the money and leave and don’t want me finishing my food ,the operation manager did go to restaurant to tell them give me the food I did pay for ,and I take food go to my room,by the way ,the food is bad taste like trash,the restaurant name is David’s
