I purchased the family meal today. The chicken was nice and tasty however the rice and potatoes that I got with it was very dry and lacked any flavor. This is the first time that this has happened to me so I will not count this trip against them.
This is a small chain that I really hope kicks off all around the United States. The concept is great and the food was fabulous and affordable. Had their quarter chicken with fries and mixed veggies. Everything was great!
The food was okay. The chicken in the nachos was a bit bland, but the sauce and veggies topped were good. My husband said he enjoyed his chicken burrito though.Not sure if the employees were having an off day, but they didn't seem very friendly. They didn't take much care in greeting customers coming in. Pretty much either ignoring waiting customers or just being grumpy when asking what customers wanted. I probably won't be coming back.
My husband and I ordered chicken, and we happened to be the last in line to get the last order of chicken for the evening right before closing!!The chicken was juicy and the rice was moist with a hint of lemon and or cilannmmntro, lastly, the mild sauce was so flavourful! I'd return when in the area!! Thank you for the service.
I came in for Lunch and ordered the Pollo Saltado priced @ $14.75……what a disappointment! The meal has nothing worth that much. Few pieces of greasy chicken, onions, tomatoes and a cup of rice. The small fries are too oily and flimsy. The chicken is more like the kind you will experience in a cheap Chinese restaurant. Very disappointed ?
Delicious rotisserie chicken take-out. Very flavorful chicken & divine plantains. The green sauce is a must-try if you like a little spice! We had it as take-out & eveyone was pleased with the portions & tastiness. Reasonably priced as well.
Second time I have been here. Thought the first time, maybe it was just a off day. Same thing this time. Food not hot and the employees are not customer friendly at all. They don’t interact with you; all they do is speak to one another.Better Peruvian restaurants than this one. Won’t come back here again.
I drove to the drive thru to pick my online order up and the skinny guy with long hair starts yelling I need to come inside. I go inside to get my order and he starts yelling the drive thru is for customers only. And he’s yelling at me in front of all of these customers, I’m respectful of people and politely picked my order up and left. I don’t understand his issue but disrespect is never good especially in this day and age. Worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant in my life. I pray his day gets better
The chicken from here can be so good some days but the overall environment at this location feels dirty. Also, some of the staff (the guys) are rude for no reason at all. This place has potential to do better and maybe not charge 50 cents for an additional sauce?!?!
I recently visited the Hanover, MD location and ordered 2 chicken dinners. At the time, they only had white meat, so I ordered two 1/4 white chicken dinners. I paid around $23 dollars for the 2 dinners but later noticed that there was an additional $5 dollar charge on my credit card. Initially, I assumed it was a mistake but when my credit card statement reconciled there was a $28 dollar charge from Lima's Chicken. I ran this past a couple co-workers and they remarked that this is not the first time hearing this about this location. Buyer beware of unauthorized (tips) after the fact on your credit card statement.
