I do recommend Ledos and I have been going to this particular Ledos for a few years. I will say the particulars are falling thru lately. Last time I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and there was barely any there. I called and the lady answering the phone insisted I bring the pizzas back and I am located in Odenton. Considering I was hosting company it was ideal but a replacement pizza or refund was not on the table because I did not drive back there. I posted about that earlier. I went again last night and insisted if they could cook the pizza extra long since the dough has been extra doughy instead of thin and more crunchy. The pizza was doughy. I am not going to bother calling because I can’t bring the pizza back. I will still give it one more shot because your food is amazing but the attention to detail has fallen a bit in the last three months and the ability to fix the issue has changed.
Pasta smelled and tasted weird (barely took a bite to check if it was actually cooked properly). Called immediately and spoke with Andra. She refused to provide me with a refund on top of having an attitude (not the best costumer service). Had to contact my bank. What a hassle.
I love Ledos, the best Pizza and Pasta ever! Wish they delivered im older and dont travel after dark.
Just picked up a pizza less than an hour ago. The pizza tastes like it's a day old. The pizza was not fresh at all. The pepperoni were discolored and the bacon was dry and hard. The pizza barely had any cheese or sausage. The pizza was hard like cardboard. The customer service is very poor. The manager does not care if the customer is satisfied. Please do not go to this location if you want fresh pizza. Only received one star because I couldn't give them zero stars.
I'm am educator at the school near by and this Ledo's have been very helpful. I needed a lot of pizza for my students at lunch and the manager opened 10 minutes early to have our food ready and prepared for the children.Thank you and we appreciate that you went out your way to help us!
Food was great. Not crowded. It didn't take long to wait for my order since I walked in and placed my order. Friendly staff.
Unfortunately no wait service at this location. Maryland style pizza that has close to 20 locations within Maryland. Pastry dough style pizza with provolone cheese in lieu of mozzarella cheese. Square pies only. Very different than classic style pizza. Sauce has that hint of sweetness without it being overbearing. Definitely gets a 7.9. The buffalo chicken pizza gets a 8.2. Definitely a must try for those who don't live in Maryland. Pizza Friday in Maryland for this out of towner was a hit.
Awesome pizza. I had the deluxe. I was very surprised at the amount of ingredients. Crust was nice and crispy. Overflowing with toppings and overflowing with flavor.
The pizza here is pretty good but, we had a couple subs this time and they were pretty good (they do not come with a side or even chips). Staffing is making it hard on them as you now order at the counter for dine-in. Could have used a drink refill but like i said, staffing is short. Won't stop us from going back.
Me and my wife love the buffaque wings. I love Buffalo favor and my wife love bar-b-que so this is a great mixture that we both love
