Freaky Slow! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Both times I've used this Jimmy Johns for delivery, they've taken over in hour to deliver my food. They are 7 minutes away. After calling once to ask the status of the order after twenty minutes of saying out for delivery, they said it should be there soon as it left the store. Twenty minutes later I called back and was put on hold for 5 minutes and Manager said they were right in front of the apartment, which was not the case. Ultimately got the food but will never use this store again.

Ordered via DoorDash ....order marked as completed over 20min ago but the food never showed up. Called the store to ask where my order is or where my refund is. The gentleman on the phone passed the phone off to a coworker who stated they had NO bread. So, I asked where my refund was & why would they mark an order as complete when it wasn't? Coworker claimed they were only now making bread & would "eventually" complete the delivery order. Highly unprofessional

Just showed up here at 9:30pm and they close at 10pm. I sat in the drive thru waiting and no one answers to take my order. We had to drive to the front to get their attention. They said yeah we’re open but we don’t have out headsets on. We will take your order as long as you’re only getting sandwiches.What in the world!! This is ????!!!

Placed an online order for three subs at 5:35 pm. It is now 7:48 pm and still no delivery. Called the store 30 minutes ago and was told the driver just left. I live less than 5 minutes away. After all this time, not really looking forward to the subs as I’m sure they will be soggy and disgusting. Even considered gas prices when I included my tip. I wonder if the manager will still close on time to go home, without all orders delivered. No more service from me!

Maybe it's because I've been forced to eat a lot of Subway subs the past few year's which are not good, but the Jimmy Johns sub and experience I got at this location was excellent! The sub tasted AWESOME. Not sure if it was the cheese, the dressing, or the freshness of the meats, veggies, and the bread or just the combination of it all together, but it was very good! Tonight I had the #5 Vito: SALAMI, CAPOCOLLO & PROVOLONE, lettuce, tomato, oil & vinegar, & oregano-basil I'll continue coming to this store to try other subs. I'm hooked!

Placed an online, curbside ordered at 1:59 pm (for pick-up ASAP); did not receive my order until 2:37 pm; with no regards of my time. The "I'm here" function is a waste of time, because I waited 10 minutes after arriving at 2:15 pm, for someone to come out, no one did. They did not start working on my food until I decided to go into the store to see what was going on at 2:25 pm, and it was still 5-7 minutes later when they started. I still had to pack my own side orders and my drink, even though I had an online order. There was no regards for my time at all. I could have went through the drive-thru and had speedier results. I actually placed the order online because I had somewhere to be, so I was hoping to grab and go; unfortunately this caused me to be behind schedule. I don't know if there is a disconnect with the online service and the store, but something needs to be addressed.

Unfortunately not all of the employees, to include the manager are very professional. I witnessed the female manager get extremely disrespectful with a customer today. She was speaking over him very loudly, and after he exited she continued to openly discuss the issue while customers were present. It was hands-down one of the most unprofessional scenes I’ve witnessed in quite some time. Training on tact and professionalism would definitely be beneficial for the store.

I wish i could give them ZERO stars. I even read the reviews before i went here and should have listened. I got a Turkey Tom and there were 2 very thin little slices and little Mayo. Shaking my dang head. Pathetic. They dont give 2 craps. Last time i ever come here again.
