Fast service, delicious burgers, clean.
I have one closer to me, but I travel to this one because of the cleanliness and friendly staff. Burgers are always good and restaurant is always clean. This is my favorite location.
Quick service as usual. And of course, awesome burger and fries. now if they only offered a gluten free bun...
This Five Guys was nice and clean, had a friendly staff and surprisingly quick service. Parking is available, but somewhat limited depending on the time you go.
Fast service, polite crew. Food is good, but at there prices is a little hard to swallow. But this is a chain thing, not their fault.
Service is crazy slow, you’ll be the only one in the store and your food will take more than 10 minutes to come out every time. Even if you call in advance, you’ll be waiting a good long time on the fries alone.
Went to Five Guys in Hanover, MD and we had a really unpleasant experience. We got there and ordered at 3:44 PM and were never told they were closing at 4 and it was not posted anywhere. Plus, there was a few other families ordering and dining in. We got our food at about 4PM and we were eating it, when their employee Manuel started pacing back and forth where we were staring at us for a good 1-2 mins, to the point to where he ran into a table from how hard he was staring, when he approached us he told us we needed to “hurry up and eat because they need to finish cleaning and close”, we kindly said okay but then he proceeded to stand at the end of the table, over our daughter, and stare at us. So my husband told him again that we heard him but he didn’t have to stand there. He walked off and went back to his office. Here’s the catch, he NEVER approached any of the other 5 families in that restaurant that were eating and waiting on food, there was literally 2 next to us that he didn’t say a word to or even look their way. They were also all white families and we were the only black/hispanic family. When we approached them in the front to get an apology or make it right they acted like they didn’t speak English. Once I spoke in Spanish and explained it again, he tried to act like it never happened and he claimed he was going to approach the other ones, right…
The food is always good, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff is always quick. It's easy to see they have good management. Thank you!

Worst service! Do not go around this time (1825 hrs) of the day as it got really busy after I got there and had to wait 15 extra minutes from my doordash order. Come to find out, my food was been sitting there and they just kept overlooking it. Plus, my shake half melted... 1st strike, one left.
