Coffee always tastes burnt and never mixed properly. Can not understand what they say never.

Painful experience.The language barrier makes ordering difficult and when you order what limited selection of donuts they have watch them put them in the bag to make sure they got the order right.
Donuts and bagels are always stale. I think they are selling the products from one day before. Absolutely I dont recommend this location. 0 out of 10

I just had the same experience as the others. I always order the same thing. Large coffee, cream and extra caramel. Not only did they give me the wrong drink, they also included food which I did not order. I tried explaining to them but they made it seem as if I was the wrong one. For the past three months, I order the same thing large coffe, cream and xtra caramel. Smdh. Customer service sucks
Second time at this location 6:30 in the morning ordering the same thing I did the day before but was also not what I asked for After trying to explain to them over and over I finally got fed up and pulled up to the window hoping to be able to have them understand better but still was handed the wrong thing lol.when I told them they messed up again the girl who was making the drink clearly had her middle finger up but did not make eye contact. They won't get another cent from me and I read a post about the smell of man's cologne on the drinks and it's true.
The employees are very friendly and always greet you with a smile.
Drive through was busy but it was a quick experience.
