Unbelievable how a simple order ALWAYS gets messed up. Ordered a bagel with SAUSAGE AND CHEESE.........opened my sandwich to find sausage and EGG.........NO CHEESE. This is not the first time that I clearly stated what I wanted on my sandwich and ended up with something I did not order when I open the sandwich. Last time, I ordered Ham and Cheese sandwich and opened my sandwich to find a few pieces of ham thrown on toast. For some reason, they always forget the CHEESE, but will throw on an egg for no reason. I stopped going here, even though it is more convenient to my route, but decided to try again...........but I won't be patronizing with this inconsistent service.
Staff is friendly and quick, but they managed to get my sandwich order wrong twice. Once when I originally placed the order through the app, and once when I went back to get the correct sandwich. I didnt feel like dealing with it anymore than I had so I just left it but I wont be returning to this location.
This is the second day I have received cold food ? The phone line is off so I can’t contact the store I waited in line for 10 mins just to get cold food again
The manager is a great man who was Asim (maybe Ashim). He loves his job. Bravo!!!
I asked for a pumpkin coffee and I know it’s a little out of season but the Dunkin near me still serves it. She came back with a “Umm NO! Hold” and then sat for five more minutes said “hello ?” Nothing. Terrible service
This Dunkin Donut/Baskin Robbins location typically isn’t offering free 99% of the menu items. Many days no sandwiches or ice cream. Most days only coffee and donuts and I have been there twice around 5 pm and they told me the only thing for sale was coffee. You lost my business.
Been frequenting here for a while now. Service is definitely better than other ones in the area. I have had my order messed up a couple times during peak mornings.
Hands down, best Dunkin' Donuts in the area. I have never not been greeted with a smile and a hot coffee.
It's a Dunkin, it's better priced than Starbucks but worse tasting than your own coffee maker. So compromise, ya know?
I ordered a coffee and donuts around 7pm. The coffee was cold and the donuts were like rocks. The two employees working there did not know how to count change. I will never go back to Dunkin’ Donuts. Please save your money and don’t waste it.
