Just had the worst customer service experience that I’ve had in years while trying to use the drive-through. Imagine getting yelled at through a box while you’re trying to place an order. Some people just should not work in the food service industry if they are unhappy with their pay/job. Even speaking to a manager offered little to no help. Truly disappointed as I use this Dunkin often but they will no longer be getting my business I will make the drive to Jessup instead.
Sometimes they have maple bacon donuts, these are a must. But when they don't you can always order bacon ala carte and chef it up yourself.
Coffee is great, most times the same and people do make mistakes. This morning I requested cream and sugar, the young lady said I did not but long story short she gave my coffee back to me with an attitude. This is a nice Dunkin but they change staff more often then normal, new staff is not nice at all.

I love this dunkin doughnut they always get my coffee right every time its not hard 7 creams 13 sugars makes my day easier every day
This place needs staff! Please come help these workers! They are busting their buts to keep us caffeinated! Even though they are slammed they keep it moving! Thanks for all you do!
I had a Egg w/ turkey sausage croissant it was fresh, hot, buttery , and delicious ?.
This location has been my go to for the last few years. Friendly staff and usually efficient. Like many business they are looking for workers. Given that they are doing well.However the on complaint I have is when you order a breakfast sandwich it comes cold. It is obvious that they do not warm sandwiches. I would expect that it to be warm at least. Expect a cold sandwich that will need to be warmed .
You would think being located across from the mall and Live! Casino that they would be open later than 8pm. The casino operates 24/7 and I’m sure the customers as well as the employees would enjoy a good cup of coffee from Dunkin after 8 pm.
Decide to lock there doors whenever they feel like it. Placed an on the go order to avoid the line and could not get in to grab my order.
