This is the second time we've ordered from this store - waited over an hour the first time (we had to call them ) and 35 minutes this time before the store called and said that they had only 1 driver and that either we could cancel our order or it would be another 1.5-2 hours until we could get our food. This is unacceptable. Close the store if you cannot staff it properly.
Disappointed. Called to try and place a large catering order. Usual protocol is to discuss with a manger because of the size of the order to make sure they are supplied and staffed ahead of time. Tried to ask for the manager, gentleman on the other end was upset that I was asking for a manager, wanted to know why before telling me they were the manager and also initially refused to give a name. Told us to just put the order in online (we dont do this because we cant afford to have orders canceled last minute). Very rude interaction. We had success ordering here before but unfortunately wont be doing so any more after this experience.

Started with "left the store at 6:38" with a delivery time of 6:58, then 7:07, now 7:15, and now 7:19, now 7:30...arrived cold. He has been at the last stop for over 7 minutes. Maybe tracking your delivery driver is not a good idea.. Delivered at 7:34...Apparently Domino's is no better than Papa Johns AND getting cold pizza sux. That's pretty close to an hour! I still gave the driver a tip becuz I know it really isn't the drivers fault if he has to deliver 10 pizza's before he get to me. Pickup at the store was no better as last time I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes before they realized I was picking up and waiting...again a lukewarm pizza, which is why I have not been ordering from Domino's and will probably not so again.
Yesterday I ordered two large pizzas and I sent my friend to pick up main time he just asked if there are any offers but the store manager very rude he said take as a free we are not a home lease. I order the second time he give old pizza it was very rude and very bad no one should go this store,
If I could i would give less than a Star to this place! I made an order because I had guests coming over to my house and not only they cancelled my order that I made online.. they did not bother to call me and let me know!!!I only found out because I looked at the tracker where it said your order is cancelled, call us for more information. I called and waited for over 30 minutes until somebody answered the phone! I am not impressed with this place! Order your food from another place where management cares for the customers!!!!!!
Pizza missing ingredients, and got two spoiled salads. Also, why are thin crust pizzas cut into squares???
We ordered Veg Pizza with Jalapeño and Black olives as i am a vegetarian. The pizza came up with some pieces of sausage on it.. this happened second time with me. Really disappointing.
Twice I ordered pizza here in the last 3 days. Both times the pizza was cut into a bunch of giant slices and a bunch of tiny slices. The pizza wasn't cut all the way through so I had to tear the pieces out. Sharing with two other people makes it impossible to be fair, nevermind the fact that you have to touch the two pieces next to the one you're trying to tear apart. Everyone's germs on the slice next to it. I travel for work and don't have any knives to recut the pizza. Horrible. Just horrible. Waste of money!
I had the coolest visit of a lifetime at this dominos the gentle all worked continuously while creating a fun filled family oriented environment while I waited for my families food i think I'll always choose this location as my dominos location even after I relocate because they have the best customer experiences ever please go and see just start up a conversation and they'll take it from there.
