Had a weird smell.. we ordered our ice creams my little sister got cookie dough, we got to the car and my little sister said her ice cream smelled like peanut butter.. (she has an allergy to all nuts) i tasted her ice cream and they gave her peanut butter cookie dough ice cream instead of regular cookie dough..

Came today and ice cream was warm and melted. The container that holds the ice cream was leaking. No sure if this had to do with it. Brought one fully melted ice cream back and stated all of them were melted. They offered to remake one brought in but didn’t offer to refund the other melted ones.
Ngl home girl hooked it up today. Chocolate delight is awesome. 10/10
Took my kids to get some ice cream. 7 year old daughter and 9 years old son. After the they eat ice cream they were not allowed to use restrooms to wash their hands. So sad ? the worst feeling you ever get is that when you have your kids with you and they can't use the restrooms.
I so much love cold stone, but after yesterday.... I was not pleased. Yemisi took my order, and all the walnuts nuts, sneaker bar, pecans were whole and not crushed at all!!!!!! Was so boring eating it. She’s nice and sweet, but just needs to take her time. I would not stop going there though.
I went to Cold Stone yesterday and it was clearly very hectic! Everyone was working very hard! I came in with multiple orders and usually there’s a little miscommunication with what goes in the ice cream or they miss one. I’d like to share my appreciation to Faith for keeping a fast pace and nailing every single one of my orders! Thank you for giving me amazing customer service even though it was very busy!
