Multiple times I have gone and there have been items missing. Go here if you want to pay for missing items. They won't even give you time to do their job for them and check if all the items are in the bag. They will tell you to leave right after handing you your food. They made me pay twice once for an item that I went back for because it was missing. Terrible service. They care about the number of customers served more than customer satisfaction.
This is an awesome Chick-fil-A. The service is outstanding. Josue the cashier really stands out. He is very kind and professional. The place is clean, quiet and very well-organized. Was taken aback by how friendly the staff was. Very well-maintained location. Experience here was very memorable on the Tuesday 4/12/22 visit.
Even though the line was long (wrapped around twice), I was still in and out under 10 minutes. Service at Chick-fil-A was amazing as always.
Always great food, great service, and great delivery! I've tried every way possible to get food from here and they never disappoint! It's now my daily go to if I need something quick
This place is amazing! Don't be discouraged by long lines of cars, they go through pretty quickly. Their system of clearing lanes is very efficient. Definitely recommend for some good & cheap chicken sandwiches.
I'd like to start by saying I love chick FIL a. But while having an extended stay in Arundel Mills I'm pretty frustrated with this CFA. My first visit I went in to sit down. Nope! this has become a drive in CFA, they'll be wearing roller skates next. I would like to sit down in Chick fil a and eat. I realize this business model is likely raking in the money. I went to the drive in, was faster, But, You have to drive around the restaurant 2.5 times to get your food and leave. I finally arrived and the supervisor interrupted my very pleasurable order to discuss when the employee was going to take a break, complete disregard for my frosted lemonade. I did curbside four times. When I ordered curbside and it took about 15 minutes to get a CFA sandwich. Go back to normal.
This CFA has been consistently superior in its customer service. Because it's so busy in the afternoons the routing for the drive through can be a little tricky. Be aware of the CFA employees hustling back and forth to the curbside pickup customers. Changing my review from 4 to 5 stars for the sustained performance.
The employees here are really sweet and they act like they care and want your meal to be perfect; and perfect it was! The food was extremely fresh, it must've been just made. It was a really enjoyable meal. Thanks!
The fried chicken sandwich was delicious except they forgot mayonnaise! Kinda dry with out it. But, good still delicious. I must say as busy as they were we got our order n out of line in 10 minutes, all servers had big smiles ?.
I have been going to this location for many years and have never experienced bad customer service until today. Yes, I have had instances where I was missing something in my order but never a rude employee. However, that changed today. The absolutely RUDE lady who kept yelling and rudely gesturing at me to back out when I entered the drive thru at 11: 13 am, I hope someone teaches you how to be professional and how to treat paying customers. Not that it will hurt this location, but definitely won’t be back. I will gladly take my business to the Quarterfield location where I am treated with respect and they get the same in return.
