I stopped in after finishing a Lyft trip to get something to eat. Been rolling all morning long.My Philly Cheesesteak sub was on point. It was absolutely delicious! Now I am completely stuffed. Your staff was friendly. It was clean and organized. You was fast. Thank you for the awesome sandwich and service.
We ordered an Italian sub and cheesesteak combos for lunch. Definitely not worth the price to eat there but the food was very good. I think for a food court option they should lower the price. They were moving quickly and got the food out fast to each customer.
The staff were not friendly and the cashier was distracted and rude. I normally don’t patronize business like this but my daughter wanted to try something different. I ordered a Philly style sub that had maybe 2 mushrooms. Never again ??
I ordered for delivery that never showed up you call the number and no answer.they should say they don't delivery
I placed an order via the mobile app and picked it up. But when I got home I only had a half of a sandwich; which I did not order. I ordered ultimate fries with a buffalo chicken sub and a strawberry lemonade. Didn’t receive anything correctly. Not even the size of my drink. I had to get a small instead because he said they’re out of large cups. And I live 20 mins away and I took a Lyft out there to get the food.On the app it says to contact the restaurant directly and they didn’t answer I called 4 times.
I’m very disappointed that Charley’s no longer has American cheese. That’s how a steak should be made. Overall, the location is average, often undercooked fries. Staff is efficient and service is quick.

Hard to hear because of the size of the food court, especially when busy but that has nothing to do with the actual food/service. Service is great, everyone is always really nice and the food is always on point. The line can get pretty long too, especially on weekends, which just goes to show you how good the food is here at this location.
