Awe yes, as we arrive in this time of year where spring begins to give way to summer I find myself at what is known as CAVA to sink my teeth into something delicious and satisfying with a price that won't break the bank. As per usual, CAVA did not disappoint. I will be back soon hungry for more.
We waited half an hour for our mobile order which I thought was supposed to be quick. They were making dozens of walk in orders instead of ours and many others as well. The staff member was super rude about it saying “you can apply and come make it yourself”. When our food was finally ready they were out of our sides pita because they gave it away to all the walk ins. Dobbin center would have been way better! Worse service I ever experienced!
What a surprise. Nice place. Good food. Friendly staff. Unique variety of juices and soft drinks. I enjoyed it. I will come again.
Just had the worst experience with the late night staff… I understand you are short staffed, but there is no reason why you have to be rude especially since you ran out of everything tonight. Also I don’t think it’s right to do 10 pick up orders before waiting customers then act as if we are inconveniencing you because we are asking for items we could not get due to the 10 pick up orders being fulfilled. I will not be coming back just out of the way we were treated tonight. The Columbia location would never act the way this late night shift acted.
The food is delicious, albeit pricey. The pita bread that is supposed to come with the meal is missing half the time. And when I called after the 3rd time today, the person wasn't friendly as if we should be okay not getting what we paid for. She said it's "free". I said, no it's "included". The pita isn't a gift. I bought a $14 salad that includes it.
Food is always delicious but the employees on the line move with absolutely NO sense of urgency. No reason it should take over 5 minutes to have my bowl made when I’m the only person in the store. I know there’s many things that impact employee moral but this should definitely be addressed. Maybe a pay raise will improve performance.
The food is amazing, I always get the bowls. I’ve had the avocado humus one and got the Greek salad one today. But I made the huge mistake of getting a side of tzatziki and eggplant today… they cost $2.80 each.. and this is them… seriously?! This is what $5.60 gets ya… never again. The pita chips were delicious! Too bad I had about a spit of dip to dip them in ?
Really good but wish we could get more pita bread. I really like their lavender blueberry drink! They are pretty busy during lunch and limited parking out front. There is a dirt lot right next to the row of restaurants.
Can't be 18 .00 salad .I love cava salad and have been to many locations in md and 1 in virginia .Columbia md location never disappointment.I will stick to that location.
