We came here over a year ago and we were highly disappointed. In comparison to other bonchons we've been to, this place is awful. The drive out to Columbia is worth it rather than eating here. After a year, we decided to give it another chance and it was just as awful as the first time. We are the food, it wasn't gross but definitely not worth the money. Also, I don't know if they are trying to dissuade customers from sitting in and eating or save money but there was like no air conditioning inside and it was so hot. Just drive to Columbia, it's such a nicer experience.

This shouldn’t be allowed to operate under the bonchon license /brand. The strips here are not consistent with the normal aesthetic, taste and quality. These strips have the texture of frozen Tyson tenders. Order from any other bonchon and you will notice they have a more randomized fried textured. They probably just double fry frozen Costco tenders and put sauce on top. The chicken inside is dry. The strips pre-pandemic/before august 2020 were phenomenal. It’s gone down from there. The strips are like chicken nugget size. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Columbia location. It is phenomenal all around and the same price. We also love the bulgogi fried rice but here it was mushy and lacking flavor. You couldn’t pay me to come back here and eat for free. We left a tip for a takeout order and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Trust the recent reviews. Not worth your money.

I’ve had bonchon many many times, have always avoided this location because of how poor the service is. Unfortunately, we had to order at this location and per the usual, regret doing so. On par with the chipotle next door with poor service. We ordered naked combo with sauce on the side. When we got there we were not allowed to get sauce on the side so we got naked wings only. We also ordered soy and a spicy combo just to get a bunch of drum sticks and 3 flats. Lastly, we paid for it in cash but apparently this location carries no cash in order to provide change back. All of this would have been great to know when we called the order in. Please, set expectations early. Not sure why this location is run so differently then all the other locations.

Ordered takeout of the 36 piece boneless chicken, half soy garlic half spicy for $40 ($52 total for delivery). Some of the pieces were tiny and mostly breading. The chicken was really dry. Probably will never order from here again. For the price point, it was extremely disappointing. If you're looking for boneless Korean fried chicken, there's way better places like Yolo Chicken in Beltsville or one of the bb.q locations. At bb.q you can get more chicken for half the price.

The place is fine! I dined in around lunchtime on the weekends, and the folks were helpful with providing me how to order. For the food, I ordered seasoned fries and wings with the half and half soy garlic and spicy. The fries were great as the seasoning on the fries with the cheese on top don’t miss. As I’ve eaten at various branches of bonchon, this spicy flavoring means business. It hurts in all the best of ways, and the soy garlic was salty and could really taste the awesome flavoring. The size of the wings leaves something to be desired from what I’ve eaten in the past, but overall, I had a good experience! I went here with my coworkers, and they seemed to enjoy themselves too! This picture is what’s left of my food :)

I love spicy food and this is the only place that serve spicy chicken wings on the level that I expected and yet so delicious! Best chicken wings by far!?? If you’re not a fan of spicy food then please order the soy garlic flavor (which is super delicious as well!) because when they say “spicy” they really mean it! So just beware. Despite the price is more pricey compare to the other Korean chicken wings brand, I think we’ll be back for the next order.? Only please give us more coleslaw! It’s not even half small container *for to go☹️ Thanks!☺️

The price seems high at first ($17 for 10 wings) but the food quality and customer service is top notch. Staff was very friendly and offered us sauce flavors to try before ordering. The wings are way more flavorful than Buffalo Wild Wings and have the perfect amount of breading. Took us about 15 minutes to get our wings. The spicy wings do pack a punch and was a favorite for our spicy food lover. Soy garlic was easily my favorite! Only downside is that they only have these two flavors. Wish they did Gangnam style flavor like BB.Q Chicken at Catonsville.

Order seafood fried rice on 2/23/2022. Its was very greasy, and the container was 3/4 full. For $15 I would expect more rice. Not authentic Korean Food, I do not recommend, will not return.

This is not real Bon Chon. They now serve regular frozen chicken tenders you can buy from any restaurant. This is the second Bon Chon in my area that ruined something good. If this is the direction that company is going, I won't go out of my way for it anymore.

My first time there and was not impressed. To much going on with the flavors and for the price the portion was not up to par. Highway rubbery with the pricing and food is okay not best.
