Baja Fresh is the best fast casual Mexican place, hands down. The salsa bar is exquisite. A steak Burrito Ultimo is positively overflowing with steak.
Had the crispy wahoo, grilled wahoo and a regular grilled chicken taco. I had the avocado removed from mine. The tacos were ok. Nothing exceptional. Wait time was decent. Lots of seating. Good options for salsa bar.

The salsa bar is super fresh & has a large variety of spice and types of salsa. All of the food is cooked to order and delicious.There is a sign on the wall that claims they don't own a microwave and to be patient because good food takes time to prepare.... nice.
My first time visiting and my chicken in my quesadilla and burrito were burnt. Was offered a remake of the food for the next day. But was visiting the area so could not return because of distance and inconvenience. Was denied a refund.
The order came out quick. I got my favorite burrito and my wife got the casa Dilla. Diner is the best time to come.

Standard food, however, still better than Chipotle. Salsa flavors are pretty bland, but burritos are tasty.
My daughter and I share a steak fajita between us. Absolutely love it. We wouldn't drive 40 minutes from home if it wasn't so good.
