This cute little shop was perfect for a quick breakfast run on our way out of town. My coffee was good. I had a bagel that tasted fresh and not hard as a rock unlike some other places I have been. My husband got a breakfast sandwich that looked really yummy. They cook the bacon in with the eggs so heads up! I wasn't expecting that but it wasn't a bad thing either just different! We would absolutely eat here again!
I love this place. The bagels selection is fantastic and they're fresh and soft but not tough or super chewy. When toasted they are perfection and the cream cheese is sooo good. They aren't stingy either with the cream cheese which is a huge plus. Highly recommend the self serve coffees which are aromatic and delicious. Bonus is that the customer service is great and everyone is friendly.
I grew up eating NYC bagels, and this is the best bagel shop I've eaten at anywhere else. They treat their water to be similar to NY water, they boil and bake the bagels the right way so they end up with a dense fluffy inside, after you tear through the rich crunchy outside. There's just nowhere else I bother to go.Look over their bagel desk as you walk in, you'll see their explanation of what makes a REAL bagel. Eat here and you'll know that they're right - even if you've never been lucky enough to eat a bagel in NYC in your life. Now you'll have an idea of what you've been missing!
This is our new favorite bagel spot! My boyfriend and I are bagel fanatics and just moved to the area. We were looking for a new local bagel spot and happened upon this place! The staff is so welcoming and friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. We make it a point to come almost every weekend for our bagel fix! Anytime we have family/friends visiting we make it a point to bring them here for some yummy breakfast to end the weekend. We even get some to go and freeze them to eat later in the week. They keep their flavor and taste just as great as in person! 10/10 every time.
As a repeat customer of this cozy bagel shop, I should have known better there were giveaways for leaving a great review. However, I didn't need an incentive because they ARE the best bagel shop east of I295. The staff, the cleanliness, the organization are all properly sorted. Wide selection of coffee too!!Bottom line, they care about their customers because you can see it from the moment they you walking in. They've got bagels of all kinds made fresh on site with a fishbowl view of the process. You won't be disappointed.
Unbelievable, I Findlay found a bagel as good as anything I used to get in NYC. I couldn't believe the locs, nice portion and way cheaper than NYC. Great and knowledgeable customer service. The Baker really knew bis stuff. If you want a great treat, give them a try.
The bagels are delicious. Sandwiches are…crazy good! (Regardless of if you choose breakfast or lunch, bagel or wrap.) Coffee is good. Yogurt cups are sinfully yummy. My favorite is their s’mores cookie. Gurl…that cookie is smack-yer-mamma good!
Quick service and hot coffee! Bagel sandwich was decent, the eggs weren’t the best. Overall good place to check out if you’re on the go and don’t want to wait in line.

Bagels very good here with good variety. What made this experience truly outstanding was the following. I was there recently to pick up pre-ordered bagels. When I got home I realized that the order was one bagel short . I called and spoke to extremely helpful manager who offered me a very fair solution that took into account fact that I would have to drive back to adjust problem.
