I love this Wendy's. It's the only Wendy's around that actually gets the order right the first time. I have a big family with 4 kids my husband and myself after work sometimes I'm just not up for cooking I can order 6 biggie meals which are only five bucks each get different burgers, drinks and sauces and they always get it right the first time keep up the good work guys
This place is really awesome because it's next to Hagerstown airport you can sit at the window relax eat and watch airplanes come in and out. They also have different things inside the truck stop section which is pretty cool very awesome and it caters to kids as well. The meal from Wendy's was very good and the service was fast. They also have a Subway inside and their own little food shop inside as well pretty nice place to stop just for the day .
Hard pass on this place. For starters if you work a job, do your job. Staff was not presentable, no uniforms worn and looked like their clothes weren't laundered to recently. All staff except manager were just casually walking around and talking. As customers came in, staff slowly walked to their positions, slowly I might add. Person making food didn't come out of the back till about six orders were in and I was already standing there waiting for ten minutes. Floor was wet, no sign. Person making food wore no gloves. Went to take a drink of my soda and it tasted like cleaner, will not be going back there and it needs to be closed down.
Our food was good. You could either use the Kiosk or give your order to the cashier. The staff that we interacted with were friendly. The seating area was clean. We enjoyed our meal! ?
Easily the best Wendy’s location in this area. I have been here several times and every time the food is warm, sometime fresh. ( for fast food anyway?)There were one or two times they were understaffed or had technical issues with their ordering system but things like that happen. Overall great service!
They scrape these employees from the bottom of the barrel here at this Wendy’s. They’re unprofessional, frequently carrying on and cursing in front of the public. They act like you’re an inconvenience, as far as holding the transaction up while they watch cars pull into the parking lot saying “please don’t turn in, don’t turn in”. They provide awful service, your order will definitely be wrong so you might as well hold the line up while you check everything they give you. Chili is often not filled up, luke warm, no crackers and/or you’ll get 20 packs of hot sauce. Breakfast is usually ok here, and if you happen to get a manager wait on you, it’s good as well.
1st time at this location. It was great fast pace friendly service. Also an employee helped me with a doordash order it was my 1st time.Thanks
Every time I go to this Wendy’s my order is wrong! I drive 20 minutes away at night just to eat because it’s the only place open besides McDonald’s & I work late. The girl in drive thru was laughing on the speaker box the entire time carrying on while taking my order. I ordered chili with my 4/4 & they put fries in the bag instead, I do not like fries. I wanted chili more than anything. I tried calling them to tell them so I could get my order replaced tomorrow bc I live a distance away & did not want to have to travel back being that I have to get up at 8 am to get my kids to school, if coarse no answer. So I had to drive all the way back to Wendy’s just to tell them. Get there & they are telling me that they are switching over to the breakfast menu so there’s no burgers available so they couldn’t replace my sandwich for a fresh one. On top of that I get there the girl that messed it up was to worried about going outside smoking instead of handling her mess up. Hire better staff that care about their jobs! Obviously these ppl are only there for a paycheck not satisfaction of customers!
Love's coffee is fresh. Corporate requires each pot to be discarded after two hours. Some places even have these timers on each pot to manage effectively eliminating coffee over two hours old.
Best Loves I've ever been in. Really clean bright and the bathrooms were super clean. The staff polite too. Great service station
