This is the best Wendy’s in Hagerstown!!! Hands Down!!!! Whenever I go to this location I ask for FRESH nuggets and fries and they NEVER give me an attitude like all the other Wendy’s in town do!!! This will be the only Wendy’s I will recommend and visit. As for the rest you all need to check your attitudes, making FRESH food isn’t that hard DO YOUR JOB!!! Oh and customers hear when you talk about them!!!
Stopped for lunch on the way home from Washington D.C. trip with school
Went through drive through to order and young lady that took our order was very friendly, about a 2 to 3 minute wait time and our food was good and hot, I ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese, and you could actually tell it was on there, I feel I got my money's worth! My husband ordered the Son of baconnator meal and he said it was really good, he said his French fries were even hot. Only bad thing was the price, fast food has gotten expensive just like everything else!
While traveling on a trip to DC with my students, we stopped here for lunch. The staff did an excellent job getting all of the students' meals ordered and served in a short amount of time. They were very professional and friendly all the while. The food arrived rather quickly. It tasted good, much like other Wendy's restaurants. Kudos to them for doing a great job for all of us on the trip.
Wendy's new hot honey chicken sandwich is another new specialty sandwich that I hope they make permanent on their menu. It does bring the heat with melted pepper jack cheese, bacon, most unusual crispy pickle chips and hot honey. It does have a nice balance of hot and sweet. The French fries were as good as I have had, hot and salty. The Coca Cola Freestyle machine was perfect and service was extremely quick for the lunch time hour.
Gotta say this is the best Wendy's I have eaten at the food was hot and fresh and nicely put together not just thrown together the service was fast and friendly restaurant was very clean hands down to this Wendy's excellent job
Food is good, Service is ok,... but way to slow at moving the drive thru line... it's called FAST FOOD!... not,... wait in line 30 minutes for just a biggie bag food..... ?
They did it again. I love this Wendy's every time I go.
Normal Wendy’s usually busy so if you looking for a quick bite might not be the place. But never had any issues with this place. Just your average Wendy’s.
Ordered two hamburgers, through the drive thru around 5 on a weekday. 10 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. Both had cold patties. Tried to go in to complain, but the dining room is closed, assuming for covid.
