I went thru the drive thru and needed certain help. They were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied.Keep up the super kind job.
Luke warm fries and chicken nuggets were like jerky, very disappointed. Too tired to go back and get them replaced. Person at the window had an attitude when my wife asked her to wipe off the drink cups because they had soda running down the sides. She didn't say anything rude but her face told it all. So sad we love Wendy's. We usually never have a problem. If this continues well find another place for a late night snack.
Brittany the manager is the BEST..She definitely needs a raise.She cares about her crew and her customers. Her customer service is the best.. its hard to find good people and she's definitely one of them.. thank you for everything.
Wendy's has been upgraded and looks very nice from the outside. I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches and a medium Dave's crafted Lemonade to go with my order. Everything went smooth ordering but once I pulled around the building, I was asked to pay and then pull into a parking space. There was already one car pulled up and waiting for their food. I paid and wasn't even given my drink to sip on until the food was ready. I waited about 7 minutes and I saw the other car left and then there was more cars accumulating in the line. They pulled another car up and then after about almost 12 minutes someone came out and almost offered my food to another car. I waved from my car window like it's mine. I was given an apology and have a nice day, but they didn't bring my drink out. So I waited yet again a couple more minutes for my drink.Now, I don't know if they were short staffed that morning. I just wish they were better prepared with food so that service would run a bit smoother. My food was hot and fresh through it all.
For a newly remodeled restaurant this meal was so disappointing. Stale bun, lukewarm fries. The guy who took my money never even spoke to me. I wont bother to go back. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

This was newly renovated. It looks a lot better/cleaner than before however the smell of something similar to septic is still present although not as bad as it was before renovation. The food was good. The odor wasn't a deterrent as it was in the past but still couldn't eat inside. Needless to say it was clean and so was the bathroom. I hope they look into the cause of the odor more. The staff was better too.
Pulled up to window and was given the wrong order. Was told to pull up. Waited 20 minutes from start to finish for food and was the only one in line. Did a mobile order too! Very slow service. Also I ordered a medium coke and the cup was only 2/3 to 3/4 filled. When I said something to the gentleman that brought my food out about how I waited 20 minutes he just shrugged it off and didn’t even apologize. Very disappointed. Probably won’t be going back.

The level of customer service in this Wendy's is below par. Employees tripping over each other yet no one taking orders. I waited over ten minutes and was walking out the door and the manager thanked me for coming.
