Great service, fast, pleasant staff
05/27/22 around 4:30pm more like awful house!Didn't even get to sit down to eat, the two employees that where just standing there, informed us that they could only do take out orders till 6 pm cause they didn't have a server... They make the food right there behind the tables, they plate it themselves... They would have to box the food up and hand it to you and take money so I fail to see the issue with dine-in unless the servers are also dishwashers but seeing as how there were just standing there...Food is great if you can get any...
So good!! We had waffles, eggs, toast, bacon, chocolate milk, grits, and hashbrowns. Sooooo good!! And we had Ashley for our server. She's the *bomb*! Prices can't be beat and food came fast!Sorry no pictures. We ate too fast, laughs.
Our server Alicia gave us fast and attentive service. Could not have been more happy.
To go only posted on the door this location will not get my business. Was looking to sit down at a waffle house this was the closest location besides muagins ave. But i wasnt wasting gas to go look at there door to see if they was open inside. So went somewhere else that was open on the inside. If this location gets shut down its on you. Just saying.
I was on the road for quite sometime so I decide to go to Waffle House. I’ve usually had amazing experiences at this chain and enjoy the customer service I usually get. However this location is terrible. We were sitting in our booth for 10 minutes waiting for menus. I tried to grab my own menus so we could order and was yelled at by an employee. When I asked what the problem was she said and I quote “pardon you sir” mind I never raised my voice and reminded professional the entire time. This employee should be put under review and undergo more customer service training. How can you work in an industry for customer service if you blow up on them for something stupid. She was also nasty to my mother who replied “you didn’t need to snap at my son like that” the lady replied with “pardon you ma’am” at that point we walked out and sadly our belly’s were empty.
We brought a busload of 50 teenagers in for breakfast at 9:00am, planning to split them between Wendy’s, Waffle House, Dunkin, and Burger King. The other 3 restaurants rejected our group because of lack of staff or literally not wanting to deal with it and this team did SO awesome!! I can’t say enough about how they got into gear and methodically got everyone taken care of. No rudeness. No mean looks. Just took care of a hungry group. Fantastic.
Great eggs with cheese...I opt for Rasin Toast and smooth grits with butter and ham slice....great working crew very good...friendly place clean
Stopped for an early breakfast. We had good coffee, good hot food and excellent servic. I highly recommend this Waffle House!
We showed up around 12:45 AM and Heaven took care of us. She was the only employee there both cooking and serving so we had to wait a few minutes to order while she finished cooking for the other table there before us but once we got our food we were not disappointed! It was the best Waffle House meal I'd ever had and Heaven was so sweet and hospitable. Shedidn't hesitate to get us whatever we needed and told us how much she loved her job and cooking. It felt like we were eating a home cooked meal at a friend's home. Thank you Heaven for your dedication so this location could stay open through the night, you are fantastic at what you do!
