I had a gift card that I sorta forgot about, but recently kept seeing this place all over some of the Facebook food groups I'm in. Everyone raved about it, so we dug it up and made our way over (ok my wife did, I got held up at work lol). Off the bat my wife texts me at how friendly the owner is , greeting and talking to her about his day etc. The bread is fresh made locally from a Mennonite Baker, and is super soft and fluffy, while also not overwhelming the sub (you still taste the meat!) We got a couple cheese steaks and they were delish. Good amount of meat, lots of melty cheese, and the seasoned lettuce is amazing. There is a bunch of great looking combinations on the menu, so I can't wait to try more. Just wish they were open just a tiny tad bit later to make going after work not feel rushed, but it's worth it regardless.
The food might be good, but I’ll never know. On this day, the google listing said they were open until 7:00 and that you could dine in or carry out. This was my first time coming here on a recommendation. I arrived at about 5:35pm. I approached the door and saw a sign saying “masks required” and that they closed at 6 and that they are only accommodating carry out. So, my fiancé went back to the car to get our masks. The man behind the counter held his hands up with 6 fingers indicating they were closing at 6. I opened the door, verbalized understand and explained I was waiting on a mask. He then told me if I wanted food I better come in and order right now before the kitchen closes. So, my fiancé got back with a mask and we went in to order. I got “can I have 12 mild” out and he cut me off saying wings take 20 minutes and it’s already 5:40 so I couldn’t order wings. He was incredibly rude, and last time I checked 5:40 plus 20 minutes is 6:00 (when they close), but who am I… As soon as we walked out (without ordering) he locked the door behind us and closed the blinds. 20 minutes early. I will never go back there after the way were treated. We went to Benny’s pub instead and enjoyed delicious wings, phenomenal service. Save your money, and go to Benny’s.

Always the best steak sub, no one compares
Been coming for years and they have the best subs and best crispy wings in town hands down???? So freakin good here make sure you try their famous seasoned lettuce on anything you get it’s amazing!!!!!!!
This place is one of my favorite restaurants in Hagerstown. The owners are extremely friendly and always provide the highest quality food. They have by far the best cheesesteaks in the area. You have to try the seasoned lettuce!
Turtles Has THE best wings ! Extra crispy the way i like and the sauce is soooooo good ! Definitely check them out !
I never did a review before, never thought I had to, I had just called, asked to place a takeout order at six(same complaint from others) I was rudely told “Sorry we are closed, we close at six every single day” the man prefer to hang up and he was loud and rude the entire time. I sincerely do not recommend this place as this customer service struck me out of the blue to the point that I had to write this review.
Terrbile staff i called to place an order and the man was very rude saying they were closed at 6 and when I apologized and said their website said 7 he said yea well we have closed at 6 for the last year and a half and hung up like I should know
Local and messy, so you know it's good. That seasoned lettuce really elevates the sandwich.
