The quality of food had here has been very good esp. the Lo Mein's, Szechuan and Hunan Dishes. Good Service

I love their To's chicken and shrimp egg roll. I go here on my lunch break I call it in and they always have it ready the price is pretty good. Thank u Too China I will see I when I'm hungry for my favorite lunch special.

The food is consistently the best Chinese I have ever had the privilege to enjoy. The pricing is very reasonable. Service is predictably great. In sales they say you cannot have price, quality and service. Top China proves you can have it all!
I would give no stars if I could. The food is always cold. I ordered sweet and sour chicken for my husband and they forgot his sweet and sour sauce. Plus it was all breading and hardly any chicken. Never again. Go to any other Chinese restaurant. Don’t waste your time or money on these people. The boxes are saturated in sauce
Ordered on Uber eats and waited an hour and a half for my food to arrive. After waiting all that time I get a message that my order had been cancelled. Completely unacceptable to have waited all that time, and late at night until it was too late to order from anywhere else.
