Had a great time, Kayla the Bartender/server was very pleasant and attentive. Orders the Chesapeake burger. Burger was ordered medium with the hopes of being served "not well done" , and it came out perfectly. Great experience, highly recommended ?.
Service is slow. It took 15 min to get a beer. There were only a few people dining. Food was edible, but not very good. I had the Korean salmon bowl. The rice was dry and hard and the broccoli was wilted. The restaurant was hot inside. There didn't seem to be any air conditioning in dining area. I left sooner than I would have, due to the temperature, and lack of service.
The service at the bar is very good, the food is excellent, the barstaff is friendly and management is wonderful! Its great anytime, any season for the games that you want to watch! Wish mug club would get revised but still love the place!
The food was good, but the service was absolutely so slow. Our server disappeared when we asked for the bill. When we asked a bus boy I believe, he took all 4 of our credit cards and did who knows what with them before returning with our checks and saying he would need to take our credit cards again to process them. VERY shady
i feel like they could use some more staff,idk what happened with our party of four, we asked for checks and the waitress disappeared for over 20 minutes and some guy came and took our cards to the kitchen and came back later with our checks and asked us to put the cards with each bill and then went to the side register and rang the cards without taking them in the kitchen. bit sus. just wish there was more attention to the table during the visit and the food woulda came out a bit quicker.
Ordered the bbq ribs that was supposed to have a touch of ol bay didnt taste ol bay there was no sign of it being used but lots of bbq sauce but you really should be specific on your menu it should state pork bbq ribs its misleading i thought they was beef bbq ribs i will NOT order those again unless there beef, the chili needs more flavor still tastes blandish but was better than few months back.My wifes order was done well thats why its 3 stars insted of 1.
Sadie our waitress was great very friendly and prompt our table party of 5 all was complicated food allergies speciality orders her food recommendations and drink was both on point we got the buffalo nachos was disappointed in the amount of toppings on it but it was still good the fried Brussel sprouts was delicious clean spacious seating area
So before I decided to come here, i read the reviews and they weren’t looking good. Decided to come. Bad signs: empty parking lot and restaurant. Decided to go in. The hostess didn’t seem interested. I asked if i can go to the bar, she just pointed. I got the limited menu because they didnt have any cooks… they didnt have any cooks on a Saturday night at a sports bar. The wings were good fresh and right amount of BBQ bartender was alright. Overall it was disappointing. There was lack of overall welcoming attitude at the joint
We were on our way to Leitersburg to see a movie and decided to stop in to Greene Turtle. Our server Alisha was one of the most pleasant servers I have met before. She guided my husband and I through the menu and helped us make our selections based on what we told her. She chose some absolutely delicious meals for us!!! Such an awesome experience with food and service, will definitely be returning and asking to see Alisha again
Excellent service (busy as anything, but our server did her absolute best and it was indeed noticed), excellent food (the brussel sprouts appetizer was phenomenal), and beautiful atmosphere.
