So many delicious options here. But I'd recommend staying away from the flavored cones. They just aren't that good. The pretzel one is more like a cracker with extra salt and cookie ones are kind of stale. I'd stick to the tried and true cones. Took the family we pretty much covered every type of treat they had from snowballs to hand dipped to milkshakes to soft served. It was all delicious.
The Big Dipper has any and every kind of Hershey's ice cream you could want. I was impressed that they even have the hard to find flavors. They also have soft serve. We love that it's open late (until 11pm) and that there are outdoor tables.
They need to train the people on how to make things before they let them be on there own. More then once they messed up a fudge sundae and more basic items . Other then the that I have always loved the place
Just experienced "sea foam" topping for the first time in my life and I'm already hooked! I put it on top of my cake batter flavored snow cone
Lots of flavors to choose from!!! Line goes down quick. Love me some snowballs with ice cream in the middle, they call them lollipops. Super delicious
We usually go to another ice cream place down the street but they were closed so we tried it. We got the Brookie Dough flavor and it tasted good but the consistency was weird. Like almost like marshmallow fluff (sticky and goopy) but somehow also soupy at the same time. Really didn't enjoy it. Plus it was a little pricey.
First visit. Reminds me of a hometown ice cream parlor. Good service. Will return upon visiting Hagerstown again.

I love this little ice cream shop. It's always fresh and the people are great. This is the best place for dessert.
I enjoy the big dipper their ice cream is always fresh and usually ginormous portions thank you when i would like good ice cream that is definitely the place to go and bring your friends they have table's !!!
