Excellent customer service. They were understaffed, probably harassed and still managed to smile and be polite. I will definitely be returning.
They barely put a lot of meat hardly anything they want to watch what you order on the Kiosk so they can be fast and they don't look at the screen what people order so they forget all of your food they don't pay attention I like the one on Dual highway way better
This store is a mess- constant mistakes with orders, and they randomly close whenever they want without closing online ordering. Melissa is the rudest general manager I've ever encountered at an establishment. She makes excuses instead of listening to customers. I would drive across town to dual hwy before visiting this dump of a store again.
The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Have been there quite a few times and I’d say that 13% of the time, our orders were right without an issue. Items are either missing or made incorrectly. It’s a shame that the employees just don’t care enough to do their job correctly.
I ordered 6 supreme beef tacos and when I got home and opened them, I was lucky if there was a tablespoon of beef on the tacos along with lettuce and cheese. What a big disappointment for $14.00. Never again.
The food itself is usually good. But check your bag because they never give you sauce and always forget something. Also the freeze machine "is being setup" since they opened, so no freezes
Just went to this location,I have to say I'm disappointed that the team is unable to think for themselves. There was someone that was giving orders in the kitchen confusing the other employees and they didn't even pack my whole order got home and didn't have half of what I ordered. They don't even know how to wrap a burrito. More than likely won't be back at this location.

Please dont take out of the menu the Doritos locos Tacos. Its the only reason i eat there. Theyre goood
Short staffed, but still a well oiled machine. They were kind, didn’t take much longer than a normal drive thru visit.. even included a nice gesture for a small wait. Food is fresh! Everything was correct and i had a decent sized order. This location is new and i appreciate the attention to detail!
