THIS Starbucks place ALWAYS delivers exactly what you would expect!! My husband likes a "secret" Starbucks recipe and most other Starbucks either don't have the ingredients, or they just fail with recipe in front of them. BUT, this store ALWAYS gets the recipe right. And, if you're diabetic, they'll hook you up with a drink that is special. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and tidy. Until yesterday, I had never met a worker for Starbucks who did not like coffee! She told me, "there's other drinks besides coffee". Well, I guess there's the vanilla bean cappuccino. ?
If you want the value of your money for the expensive drinks you buy, don't come to this particular Starbucks. As a brand, Starbucks drinks are expensive. Just simply, they are. For convenience and taste. I love Starbucks drinks as much as y'all reading this. But if you want the value for what you're paying for, go to the one off 6B or 5A exit. I requested no ice in one of my drinks, and the worker making my drink responded by filling the cup 3/4 the way intentionally. When asked about why, they said it was company policy, and exact measurements allowed in the cup etc. This is the first and only Starbucks that has done this in my experience. They wouldn't budge in filling it more. So I left with a partially empty cup for one drink and the other was fine. This review gets 2 stars because the drinks do taste great when made. But they rob you of the value to your dollar if you don't waste the space with ice. Spend your money where you'll get what you pay for at the other 2 nearby locations.
Usually good. A refresher drink today. High prices. Water ice fruit over $5.
Employees were very nice. Just basically out of everything and closing due to no employees. Pretty much Starbucks motto these days.
Terrible experience, would rate a 0/5 if possible. The manager who I believe is named Kathey have a terrible attitude with both customers and employees. Her unprofessional behavior is a black mark on the StarBucks reputation. The other Baristas seemed to be doing a phenomenal job under intense pressure from upper management, despite verbal abuse. Would not recommend getting coffee here when the manager is present.
Typical Starbucks. Baltimore Coffee and Tea is a lot better. It is in Frederick Md.

Usually I have great service and my drinks are always what I order. Today I went in and got my usual Venti Salted Caramel Cold Brew , lessWater, no ice, extra coconut milk and cold foam. The drink I got was just the cold brew with a splash of coconut o milk no cold foam or anything and tons of ice. I’m pretty disappointed ? and I go to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week.
I love their frappuccinos!!! I like of course the holiday flavor thats only there at Christmas time. So the lady seen how sad i was about the changed menu, so she made me the drink i wanted anyway!! Aww that just made my day. Also everytime I have been there the workers are very polite and inviting. If you have not tried the ham and cheese croissant, o my please do you will not be disappointed!!
