I camped out at the Starbucks to work on some assignments while I am biking across America as part of ebiketour.org and my visit couldn't have been better. Great tables to work from, wonderfull Internet and tasty decaf vanilla lattes. I had three large ones during my stay. Harley and the rest of the team are doing an excellent job. I will be visiting more Starbucks along the way.

THE MANAGER IS SUPER NICE !!! SOME OF THE STAFF ARE NOT CONCERNED WITH YOUR ORDER .YOU PAY EXTRA FOR YOUR DRINK YOU EXPECT IT TO BE MADE DIFFRENT THAN A DRINK WITH NO EXTRA ITEMS . ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE 100000% DESCRIPTIVE IN WHAT YOU ARE ASKING FOR . WE GO HERE ATLEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK THEY ARE WRONG MORE THEN THEY ARE RIGHT . MAYBE OUR HOME MACHINE SHOULD GET MORE USE !!

Awful smell near the drive thru ? somedays the mobile orders take FOREVER, it's annoying to see them serve drive thru orders who arrived after you while you are still waiting for the your mobile order.... the taste of the product is very inconsistent at this location as well

Was waiting 20mins for my coffee and the manager Angela stated “Coffee is being made as they come” and I told her no they are not due to the waiting and 3 other customers confirmed it. While I was telling her to make ours she came back around again and stated they are making mine now and I told Angela that’s because I said something to the worker to make my drinks. Angela needs to be more honest about people making drinks instead of lying not just to me but other people as well. How she handled the disruption and making not just me upset but other was disturbing. 1 star due to Angela’s smart remarks.

Staff are nice, drinks were prepared correctly but this particular store is pretty slow

10 am order for two cups of coffee one vrnti Americano with almond milk and sugar free vanilla and one vrnti decaf black. It took 12 minutes for the Americano and 36 minutes for the decaf coffee!! Why is what they call a "pour over" so difficult? Very unapologetic staff, not only with myself but from what I observed with others as well. Not agood impression.

Went through the drive thru and it took about 20 mins for my one drink. But thats i guess to be expected from starbucks.

The staff was very friendly and my white chocolate mocha was very good! I had over 700 points on my Starbucks rewards account so I wanted to get a free holiday cup with my points. A cup costs 400 points. The girl at the register told me that I could only get a free cup with a value of $20 or less. The cup I wanted was $27.95 or so. She said I could pay the difference after the $20. But then it wouldn’t be a free cup. I asked if I could just use the other 300 points after the 400 and she said I couldn’t. If your points get you a free cup you shouldn’t only be allowed to get one type of cup that’s $20 or less. I spent so much money to get 700 points the least I can do is get the cup I want.

This Starbucks is never open on Saturday mornings at 5:30 like they advertise. And they never have any signs up stating that they aren’t open so you just sit there waiting and no one ever answers to tell you that they’re closed. You would think they’d want to be open with the fact that they’re getting all the business since the target Starbucks is closed

Dosnt make sense when you order something with light cream and it has so much cream in it thatsball you can taste it happens everytime please fix this
