Main lobby closed due to staffing issues. When the lobby is closed the mobile app should reflect it. The purpose of ordering on the app is to skip the line. Now my drink was made ready to pick up and melted by the time i got through the line. Would be 1 star, but my drink was made right

This is probably the most consistent Starbucks in town. I very rarely wait on an order, the order has always been correct, and the staff is friendly and efficient even when busy. I highly recommend going in to get your order here though. The drive through line is usually a little long, if not the longest wait times.
Best Starbucks in town, never have to wait very long, drinks are always amazing and the baristas are all so nice. Chely is the sweetest! Always brightens my morning when I stop in here for coffee.
*disclaimer* Please please please always be on alert when needing to have non-dairy food/beverages ordered in restaurants. Be very cautious about ordering non-dairy from this particular location. For the 3rd time now I have received a beverage from this location that has milk and not the soy I asked for/paid for. I will not be returning and will need to let everyone know that this particular location does not care if they make someone sick.

I try avoiding this location at all costs. However I do uber eats so I have to come in sometimes. The orders are NEVER ready! I always have to wait 5 min or more sometimes for pick up. The last time I came in I wasn't acknowledged for 10 minutes! They were NOT busy so that wasn't the case. So it leads me to believe otherwise. Customer service is garbage at best. If it weren't for delivery I'd never come in here. Valley Mall location is way better.
Every time I end up at this Starbucks the coffee is no where as good as the one at the mall. I ordered an apple macchiato and a pumpkin spice latte last time and it tasted like they mixed the 2 together as I got hints of apple and pumpkin it was disgusting. Today I get a white chocolate mocha which from what I can tell does not taste right. I can barely drink it it’s so hot. 1 drink and I burnt my tongue. I sat in the store long enough to eat my danish then proceeded to the parking lot where I sat in my car for a moment. I drove home to WV and it’s still so hot I can’t drink it! Why the hell is it that hot?
