I ordered a gluten free coconut cake. I was asked if I wanted strawberries in the filing. Of course I said yes. I was told the cake would be thirty five dollars. When I picked it up the day before Easter it was forty- seven. On Easter we had no coconut or strawberries. The cake was delicious and the best frosting. I did want what I paid for. I won't be back
My husband and I have come here (2nd time) for their home made sour dough bread (it's delicious!). We also got 2 chocolate macaroons and a lemon tart. To be honest I have tried macaroons before but wasn't a fan, but I really liked the ones we got from here. I wish I had taken pictures of everything, but they were demolished when we got home ?? thank you Safron!!!
Stopped here to waste time to board ship. Was amazed at the selection. Got the cinnamon roll. Omg it was huge and delicious. My friend got the apple croissant and a cookie. Would definitely recommend this place.
I'm so thankful for the Safron Bakery stand at Meritus Health. I look forward to my Friday lunch and cup of heaven ( chai latte). Great food and the service is excellent! ?
I ordered a cake and was told it would be ready the next day by 4pm. Went in there 15 minutes after 4 to pick up the cake for my boyfriends birthday and was told the cake wasn’t even put together yet. Poor guy asked if I could come back in an hour, which I couldn’t because I had already planned the evening around the cake pickup time. He said the person/persons who were suppose to put together and decorate the cake weren’t even there! He told me the ticket for my order even said 4 pm. I felt bad for the dude because it wasn’t his fault but it’s completely unprofessional. If you’re going to give someone a pick up time make sure the cake is ready by that time. Wont ever be ordering from this bakery again.
Great place to drink coffee, eat snacks or order breakfast. Great staff. Nice atmosphere and quiet. You can study or read.
I purchased a quiche for my husband and a cherry turnover to share. Both were delicious. I wish there were more flavors of quiche available. Spinach and feta is not a favorite of mine.

The best gyro I’ve ever had! And the desserts … yum! Fruit tart was delicious. Great service, short wait time, bright spacious eating area. My new favorite place in Hagerstown! Thank you!
Favorite place to go. Love the chicken pesto sandwich. Owner and staff are really nice. Been coming here since before they moved their location. I’d give more stars if i could. Highly recommend.
