great food good service ?
Not the same fab food as before, can't believe the change.I decided on curbside pick up, so, ordered on line, but had a use a post it's ? service ? Hate itThen, went to pick up the food, no problem, the staff was a little confused over my name, but, finally found the order.Got home ready to enjoy...sadWe ordered Admirals Feast to share.It was edible, but, dull, limp not crispy and cold.Tasteless, waste of money for take out.Hopefully better if you eat in, but, take out...no way
Arrived at 5:20pm. About 5 minutes to get a table. Pretty good so far. Server comes to introduce. States no bread available. Takes drink order, after she leaves several tables around are getting bread delivered. Takes our order and states no bake potatoes Oddly enough we see other servers bringing out bake potatoes all around us. Bread is finally delivered at 6:15 pm. About 12 minutes later food is delivered. Missing an entire entree for mr wife and I had a side missing. Drinks are now finally refilled for the first time. My wife’s order is delivered about 5 minutes later again with the wrong side of long grain brown rice. (She ordered mash potatoes since we were told there were no baked potatoes available). The mash potatoes were finally delivered. The childrens plate were delivered on extremely hot plates that were dangerous for small children to eat from. This without a doubt has been the worse experience we have been exposed to at a Red Lobster anywhere in the country. Can not recommend and doubtful we will return.
Worse Red Lobster location we have ever been to… 45 min wait on bread, waitress made excuse after excuse (blaming the kitchen) no baked potatoes… orders came out with wrong sides. Food had little taste. Never again Hagerstown!
It's been about 5 years since we've been here last. What a change to the menu. With the new owners, (according to our waiter the company was bought out), the menu has new Oriental dish options, including noodle bowls. Helpful for someone dining with us who is allergic to shellfish. The new pick 3 offer was great also for pricing and options to choose. The chicken tenders were amazing. Stuffed flounder great as always. Biscuits could've used more garlic and cheddar but still fluffy and delicious..brought back all the memories of RL from the past.
The food was excellent, I'm allergic to seafood but my husband loves it so Red Lobster is great for both of us. His seafood platter was enormous, he brought half of it home and had it for lunch the following day. My steak was perfection, tender, cooked just right. all in all a really great meal and excellent service.
The food was great but curbside pick up was terribly slow. We got there a couple minutes before our pickup time and 2 different cars that arrived after us received their orders before ours. They didn't bring it out until after we went inside to ask where our food was
The food was yummy but take a bit too long for the food to be served. We are 6 persons dined in that time. This is not the 1st time we came. The food preparation always take too long. The rest of it superb including the server♡
Was waiting on a delivery order for pick up at 4:08 (got there at 4) called and the girl said it would be out shortly. Diner placed the order 8 min before I got there so it should have been ready soon. NOT. Called after 20 MIN of them not bringing it out and a guy answered and said yes its right here...... are you kidding me?? I asked how long it was sitting there for and said about 5min or so and you can see the staff in there standing around doing nothing so why didn't they bring me my order??? ? I've picked up from here multiple times and no problem until now. Stop hiring people who just stand around and do no work. My time is money. Delivery drivers beware!!
Can't believe how busy they were for a Sunday. We sat at the bar. Dinner was great. Very flavorful. I had the lobster covered stuffed flounder. Tender, delicate and bursting with flavor. Oh, and you can't forget the biscuits. Melt in your mouth perfection. Thanks for a great dinner!
