Very laid back cool atmosphere place ,sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome....so was the drinks!!

Excellent venue to enjoy live music in HagerstownJo's Blues Band Rocked The Hub on Sunday.
We arrive at 8:30 pm on 1/29 and turned away because they were full. There was 4 of us and we were bringing people so they could experience it. They turned us away to literally have 5 people come right behind us (we were still there) and let them in. When we inquired he said “they are the owners, they pay me”. No way those young people were the owners. So I would not recommend them. Go some where they will appreciate your patronage. Did we just experience age discrimination??? The other couple informed me on this update that 2 other young gentlemen were allowed in as he was telling me we were not allowed in.
Best little bar/pub in Hagerstown. Really brings the DT Frederick atmosphere to Washington County. Joey is the best! Greets us by name and remembers our drinks! Never had anything but a smile from the staff and a good time!

Everyone here does drugs. Even the boss. The bartender Mike Myers who is also a cook, does drugs and drinks on the job. You can see them doing lines in secrecy, it’s not professional at all. Who does drugs while AT work and does it with THEIR BOSSES? It’s very sad. I have evidence and texts and will be giving everything to the authorities
I really liked this place, it does have an old feel to it. I especially liked the brick on the walls and the shuffle board table. It's downstairs at 28 s. Potomac, which is a very old building. The best part was they had a live band that started pretty early, I was there at 8:30 and they were already playing. I'm definitely going b ack!!..
Am amazing how poor some of th bartenders treat the Partons in the bar. Spouse is a Business owner In The area and will never visit this establishmen again and or recommend to another person.
