Today we went here again because the food is good. But today was the best dinning experience we've ever had here. Our waitress Janeice was a pleasure the best service we've ever received at this restaurant she was very attentive to all of her customers. My wife and myself were both retail managers and we haven't seen Customer Service like this in a while. If you go to this restaurant/ Bar ask for her and you time there will be very satisfying.
Second time, did not disappoint! Our server was polite and attentive. The salads were just what we needed/wanted. When I hear 'house salad', I think lettuce, maybe a cherry tomato, sliced cucumber, average ranch dressing. This house salad was the best ever! hard-boiled egg, sliced tomato, cucumber bite-size pieces, shredded cheese, ranch dressing was excellent! The atmosphere was lively, lots of sports to watch, great beer and wine. We had a wonderful time!
Waited about 10 minutes to be seated and there were 5 tables in the whole place. Was greeted by the bar tender, but never came over to us. Was more worried about not taking anymore tables and cleaning her dirty tables than to seat the door. Service was sub par. Felt rushed and like it was a burden for us to be there. He was nice enough tho.. Food was so-so. Got a steak n cheese that was $11, but came with NO fries or pickles, or anything!! Just steak n cheese. A little much for $11! Sorry to say that I will not be going back to this place anytime soon! They can do better n should!
RUN … seriously run any place else. This is second time we have eaten here since they opened. The service is just as slow as the other time. Bread is old and hard. When I spoke with manager he told me it’s supposed to be like that. So I offered for him to feel other slice because it wasn’t hard he declined. Wife had a sandwich that was served on a sub roll of sorts. The meat on the sandwich was burnt and didn’t even cover 3/4 of the bread. The fries were the only good part of the meal. This will be my last review of this place, they won’t get another dollar of my money or a minute of my time! Again RUN! NOW!
Passed everywhere on a 3 hour drive cause they said open till midnight. Got there 1107 and walked in behind another group and they said sorry we did last call already and closed the kitchen. We were all shocked. Place was PACKED
The service was terrible. We ordered appetizers and they came out with our food all together. I never received my order until my husband had finished his meal. I was very disappointed because it was a day date for my husband and i.
Called and expected a 20-25 minute wait which is what we were told. An hour later and I asked for a manager. She was clueless. We won’t be back.

The service was great and the staff are very friendly. It has been a long time since I was at a Primanti Bros. restaurant. The food is still delicious with the fries and coleslaw on the sandwiches. There are plenty of good sides and appetizers to order also. I am glad this restaurant is in Hagerstown.
Attentive service staff was nice. Floor was sticky and covered in grease as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. Crispy chicken sandwich a tasteless piece of reheated frozen patty. I don't give many poor ratings, but felt compelled. If you are looking for a cold beer and a place to watch the game, this place is fine. However, don't come hungry or you'll regret it!
