My family enjoyed our meal, the customer service was good.

Good food. Service is good. Wish they spicy wings where hotter. If they didn't let they food sit out it would be much better.
I was lookin' for a place to grab a quick supper and saw this place and got me the $6.00 chicken dinner and it was good, fast and tasty.
Don't ever buy a giftcard here. We bought one for a Christmas gift they forgot to activate it acknowledge they didn't but management will do nonthing. I have my receipt card company verifies it was never activated. They certainly ran my debit card and the money is gone from my account though. We have called corporate several times were told they would handle it and nonthing 5 days later. I will be sure to let everyone I know and work with know about your nonservice. I mean this is a total case of fraud. I will be checking to see how to report this to the proper consumer agency. It is pretty embarrassing to be honest especially being it was a gift. The last thing why can't you rate 0 stars?.
Very rude. Messed up my order. And didnt use the #1 rule in food.... Customer is always right. That was the worst experience i have had at popeyes.

Your worst nightmare for a doordasher they won’t start your food till you get there say who it’s for then you end up being late to your delivery, you could make the order yourself and be quicker then them
Valley Mall Rd location...Staff rude....food put in bag that was too small for the order. Even saw stuff falling out of the bag and did nothing. Ordered spicy and got mild. This has been an ongoing issue. I will go to another location from now on.
Ok for fast lunch take out!
